Beautiful architect-designed cottage with the Gudenå river as a neighbor. A great place to relax and enjoy vacation and leisure. The place is located at the end of a quiet cottage area and consists of a main house and an annex with a sauna. The garden is shielded with hedges from the road and neighbors, and a wild fence from the Gudenå river. There are three terraces where there is always a sunny or a shady space. Common to the cottage area is a green area down to the Gudenåen river where it is possible to take a dip from the bridge. (However, there is a lot of current in the river).

Artist's home in a detached house close to the city and nature

Drift off in this very unique and peaceful artist's residence. The house is located in the village of Tånum, just five miles from downtown Randers. The house is furnished with a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a small bedroom with a 55 x 79 inch (140 cm x 200 cm) bed. From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique property, with a history as an artist's home. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a stovetop, a mini oven, and an electric kettle. Coffee and tea free.

You have entrance from the garden side, private living room with a small French country kitchen, private bathroom and toilet as well as a bedroom with a good 140 cm wide bed. There are several cozy corners with garden furniture that you are very welcome to use, just as there is a fireplace and barbecue. If you come in an electric car, you can charge it with us.

The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.
