Beautiful architect-designed cottage with the Gudenå river as a neighbor. A great place to relax and enjoy vacation and leisure. The place is located at the end of a quiet cottage area and consists of a main house and an annex with a sauna. The garden is shielded with hedges from the road and neighbors, and a wild fence from the Gudenå river. There are three terraces where there is always a sunny or a shady space. Common to the cottage area is a green area down to the Gudenåen river where it is possible to take a dip from the bridge. (However, there is a lot of current in the river).

Beautiful surroundings on a nature property

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1st floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" cosiness with a large screen, a game of foosball or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Artist's home in a detached house close to the city and nature

Slap af i denne meget unikke og rolige kunstnerbolig. Huset ligger i landsbyen Tånum, kun otte kilometer fra Randers centrum. Huset er indrettet med en stue med tekøkken, badeværelse med brus og et lille soveværelse med en seng på 140 cmx200 cm. Herfra er der udgang til en terrasse, hvor man kan nye en kop kaffe i solen med udsigt til haven. Der er tale om en enestående bolig, med en fortid som kunstnerhjem.
