This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Il se situe au rez-de-chaussée d'un petit immeuble comportant 3 appartements et est sécurisé par une caméra de surveillance installée dans le hall d’entrée commun. Sa situation est idéale avec la gare de Herstal à 2 minutes de marche et sa proximité avec la cité ardente ! Rendez-vous dans le centre de Liège en 10-15 minutes en voiture pour y découvrir cette ville aux multiples facettes !

Cozy studio in the historic center

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. You will be literally a stone's throw from downtown Liège, right next to the most famous bakery in the city (a saperlipopette waffle). The apartment is very quiet, and is located on the top floor (the 4th) of an apartment building, without an elevator!!! The outdoor space lends itself very well to a small meal, or just a little moment of relaxation, with, in addition, a nice view to accompany it.

Design and warm appartment in Liege with balcony

Charmant appartement situé à quelques minutes du centre ville de Liège. Le logement est fonctionnel, bien équipé et chaleureux. J'ai décoré mon appartement avec des meubles chinés et trouvés sur des brocantes. Enfin, je suis disponible pour vous conseiller sur les bonnes adresses de notre ville. Je précise que votre WC - totalement privé - se trouve à quelques marches sur le palier dans la cage de l'escalier (voir commentaires)

Studio de 30m2 très lumineux entièrement rénové fin 2021 avec balcon. Nous l’avons pensé comme nous souhaiterions être reçus 😉 Café, thé, biscuit…et même une petite bière à l’occasion ! Il se situe au 2étage d'une maison située à 2min à pieds de la gare des Guillemins (idéal si vous venez en train!) où vous pourrez profiter d'une véritable vie de quartier tout en étant proche de tous les transports et du centre-ville.
