Holiday rentals with breakfast in Annemasse

We loved our stay here in Courmayeur. The location to Via Roma shops and restaurants as well as to the cable car for skiing were perfect. It was super clean and functional, and we enjoyed both the indoor area and the outdoor patio. Surrounded by gorgeous mountains, the town and home were truly wonderful! Paola was very responsive and helpful!

This is a modern, comfortable, clean and spacious house just a few paces from the lake, with several restaurants, a boulangerie and a grocery store just around the corner, yet it's amazingly quiet! Our family spent a wonderful time here. The house is well maintained and everything works perfectly. A perfect choice for a family of four!

Large chalet ideal for large families, with very comfortable bedrooms, a very large dining room living room, very well soundproofed and mountain views.

We stayed many places on this trip but by far Marie Christine’s has been one of our best stays. She is a delight and so accommodating. From bringing us breakfast every morning to giving great suggestions on places to visit, we were never bored and even had a chance to relax. I would highly recommend her place to anyone staying in the area.

We had a great time at Jean-Luc's place. The studio is cozy and equipped with everything you need. A highlight is the bed, where we slept fantastically for 2 nights. As a host, Jean-Luc is unique. We implemented his tips and discovered many great places around Annecy in the short time. His remarks on the history of this city were also exciting and very interesting. Thank you for the time. We had an amazing stay at Marianne’s place . The flat was perfect and it was very comfortable to stay with small children . Everything is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. Marianne is a very helpful and kind host , she gave us a lot of travel tips . Check-in and check-out was very smooth . Very nice location . I highly recommend Marianne’s bright and beautiful apartment , you will not regret it.

It is very cost effective

A home in excellent condition and very functional. The private garage is really convenient and the whole city center is a few minutes' walk away. We were warmly welcomed by Francesco, Céline's husband, who was very friendly!

We stayed at Vanessa and Allesandra’s flat while visiting family in the Eaux-Vives neighborhood and attending the Geneva Open. We have stayed in several Air BNB’s and hotels in the Geneva over many years and we enjoyed this flat the most. The flat is well appointed, the residential location lovely, the Mage our favorite spot for coffee less than a block away. We appreciated the charm of the flat with modern changes. The bed was comfortable and bathroom well lighted, two priorities for us. We enjoyed reading on the balcony. Though we didn’t meet Vanessa and Alessandro their email communication was warm and helpful. We can unequivocally recommend this flat. Thank you Vanessa and Alessandro

Very good stay in François' apartment. The apartment is very well located with a garage available, quiet, secure, very well furnished, real comfort. Very good bedding, quality linen. Everything you need is available with small touches, which is a real plus. Close to many walks and cable cars. I'll come back on occasion.

Everything was perfect. We spent a night at Viviane's during a weekend in Savoie. The house is peaceful and has a beautiful garden. We'll be happy to go back!

Passing through Usinens during a bike trip, we were very well received in a house full of freshness (very appreciable given the hot weather of the moment). A very pleasant step!

A lovely stay at a beautiful chalet. Katia was an absolutely great host, making a lovely breakfast and getting the jacuzzi ready. The room and bathroom is great, and I particularly loved the view of Mont Blanc from breakfast and looking at the flowers in the garden. Would definitely recommend.

They were extremely gracious hosts and took me on around the countryside to see some beautiful nature. Here you can experience mountains, lakes, gorges, little villages and cities. İt is a truely wonderful place. The room is very spacious and the bed comfortable, the bathroom and shower great. Lorena's homemade products are a real bonus. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Well located accommodation in a small country village 20 minutes from Annecy, 30 minutes from Lake Bourget, 10 minutes from the Fier Gorges and Clermont Castle. Hiking trails available nearby. Independent entrance on the ground floor in the hall of the house. Small private room without balcony with shower, sinks, toilet and very good bedding. Very welcoming couple and pleasant breakfast served on the terrace. Great value for money.
