Beautiful new apartment, faithful to the photos. Extremely clean, tidy, well arranged and well decorated. Nothing is missing. The apartment is located 20 minutes' walk from the lake in a very quiet neighborhood. Garage is a plus. As for Virginie, a very responsive and friendly person, it was a great pleasure to interact with her! I recommend this apartment 200%. Thank you for all your little attentions and all your advice. We will return on our next trip to Annecy!

Mike is a great host, he helped all the way from booking till check out. He is very responsive all through and clear in his communication. He also suggested local spots to explore and restaurant to eat. Overall, a great experience, will definitely be looking for this stay when i visit next time.

Perfect stay in the pretty wooden studio, very well appointed by Eric and Maryse, who were very welcoming hosts and took the time to introduce the studio. A pleasure to start and end the day with birdsong, and a breathtaking view, while staying very close on foot to the city center. Thanks again for a great stay and this summer!

Helene and Saad are super nice hosts. The house is situated in prime location with Mountain View, lake view and valley view. They also have a beautiful garden with blooming lavenders. It’s a dream coming true to stay in this beautiful house. It has exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for family vacation.

We had a wonderful time with the family at this place. We were 4 adults and 4 children. Cleanliness was great. The very peaceful place. What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

spacious and very bright apartment. We were able to have breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the very good exposure. For a stay at the end of May, the residence was very quiet, a really peaceful place, really great landscaping! We were also able to enjoy the pool and spa after our beautiful hikes.

Clear etaieny instructions, description faithful to the property. Only a 10-minute walk to a sublime swimming area. The little bemole is the access to the parking lot in high season it makes you park 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. I really recommend this place!

Fabulous place , friendly host ,within walking distance of the best boulangerie in the area ,the beach ,the lake and the local restaurants , on a voie verte , with parking , super garden for outdoor eating , lovely accommodation . Hope to go there again if we need accommodation in the area
