One of the best villas I’ve stayed in as it felt so homely, and the outside area is gorgeous. We all loved it! Nikolaos was an amazing host and was always recommending places to visit and days out for us to try. The pool cleaner was easy to use, just put it in first thing in the morning and it will clean for around 2 hours. As well, having the robotic lawn mower mow the lawn while we were there too was a nice feature. Nikolaos was always responsive and made us feel right at home, as well as even leaving local olive oil for us to take back with us from our trip! The local taverna just at the bottom of the villa was sensational, and I would really recommend trying as much of the food off of the daily cooked menu as possible. Would stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay at Phy-Sea villa! Marianna was a great host who greeted us with a tray of fruit and cheese upon checking in and provided us with several wonderful dining and activity recommendations. The place itself is peaceful and close to Chania while feeling like you are getting away. Though there are many beaches close by, we also liked having our own pool. Looking forward to coming back!

This house was absolutely amazing – just like in the pictures, if not even better! The location right by the beach is truly breathtaking, and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting. All the furniture and appliances are top-of-the-line – everything was spotless, high-quality, and incredibly comfortable. Ria was a fantastic host – super friendly, always quick to respond, and very helpful. We really appreciated how kind and welcoming she was. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would recommend this house to absolutely everyone. A perfect getaway!

Absolutely perfect! Brilliant property and brilliant host. Despina was so lovely, gave us great recommendations and she even left us some food in the fridge for breakfast because of our late flight. We had an excellent stay at this Villa. Exactly as described and how it looks in the photos. Villa finished to a really high standard and lovely swimming pool. The villa is also nicely equipped & sone really nice touches from the host, Katerina, with locally grown vegetables & olive oil. Katerina went above and beyond as a host with regular cleaning & towels changes etc and was very supportive when our daughter was involved in an accident (not at the villa!) Would definitely recommend and go back 👍

A Slice of Heaven in Crete. Our stay in this beautifully designed home was nothing short of magical. Surrounded by peaceful olive groves and bathed in Cretan sunshine, every moment felt serene and special. The sweet little pool was the perfect place to unwind, and the home itself was as stunning as it was comfortable. The hosts were warm, thoughtful, and made us feel truly welcome. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already planning our return.

This was the best AirBnb I've ever stayed at, and it really made our trip to Crete. Maria was an A+ host. She was extremely responsive and helpful and pointed us to all of the best beaches and restaurants. The house is in immaculate condition, very clean, and very spacious, and is only 10 minutes from downtown Chania. Thank you for everything, Maria!

The apartment was perfect for our 10 day stay. Comfortable, peaceful, private. Well, equipped kitchen, plenty of supplies and linens. Pleasant decor, great Wi-Fi and TV. Though this apartment doesn’t have a sea view, it should not be missed. Truly felt like home! Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants while tucked in a side street which made it restful. If we came back here, we would definitely stay again.

Konstantina gave us all the information we needed to reach the accommodation, which is isolated from the main urban centers, but ideal for those who want to be immersed in silence and still convenient for reaching the most famous beaches of Crete (Elafonisi, Balos, Falassarna). The accommodation is not very large, just for two people who have to stay a few days, the terrace above is shared with any guests of the apartment next door, but it is comfortably large for everyone. There is no dedicated parking space, but information is provided for parking. Recommended as a strategic and quiet point to visit the entire west coast of Crete on a road trip.

The studio was beautiful and clean, and the outdoor premises are very useful, in particular, if it is too windy on the beach. The location is awesome if you are in favour of privacy, calmness and nice views. During our stay, apart from the noise caused by a strong wind, there was total silence in the nights. That was astonishing, considered that despite the privacy, everything could be reached in 5 to 10 minutes. The place is not suitable for people with reduced mobility since you have to climb up steep steps to the place. Triantafyllia was a great hostess.

It's a dream come true! This accommodation was simply perfect – from the amenities to the loving furnishings to the warm hospitality of Ksenia and Giannis. Everything is high-quality, tasteful and designed with so much attention to detail that you feel comfortable and welcome from the first moment. A real highlight was the terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea - waking up in the morning with the sound of the waves, ending the day in the evening with this panorama... priceless! The proximity to the cozy tavern, which is run by the host family, was also particularly nice. The same warm, open atmosphere prevails there as in the accommodation. We spent wonderful evenings there with delicious traditional, regional Greek cuisine, live music and a lot of cordiality. A place we think back to with a smile – and one we definitely want to come back to. A thousand thanks for everything!

Many wonderful things to say about Casa Polymnia. Quaintly situated in the small town of Topolia, this mountain getaway was perfect for our first time spent in Crete. The accommodations were beautiful and very comfortable. Amazing skyline views, a well stocked kitchen, stone bedroom, and courtyard! Easy parking in town. You’ll find amazing walkable restaurants ran by kind hosts whom will offer you raki with every meal :) We loved the food. The neighbors and locals showed us exceptionally warm hospitality. Casa Polymnia was peaceful respite for reading, writing, and relaxation. Don’t forget to check out the Agia Sofia cave located just south, and the Workshop Tsouris located just north. As well as any nearby beaches. Konstantina was highly responsive, super informative, and very helpful with local recommendations. Thank you 🙏

This is the best house we booked on Airbnb. So beautiful, super well equipped, peaceful. Great shower. Fantastic views. Theodosia was great and Michalis, the owner, received us with a big smile, raki and local products. Such a wonderful guy. It's a family run house. They also gave us a farewell gift, typical Cretan food prepared by Michalis mom. Also, a minute away from the house there is a rustic bar on top of the mountain with a view to the ocean called Petroula, named after a donkey which walks freely inside the bar! You can have an ice cold beer and watch the sunset and play with the beautiful dogs and puppies. Totally recommended with eyes closed!

We had a wonderful stay at Evangelo’s place. Check in was smooth and we were met with some groceries which was helpful. Always replied quickly and with helpful information. The views were incredible and very peaceful. Due to its remote location, you need a car but it was perfect for a quiet getaway. Some special memories here :) thanks!

A short walk from downtown Kalyves, but far removed from the hustle and bustle of the town of Kalyves. Several good places to eat, with some services such as medical and a pharmacy, a couple small markets with enough provisions. The location had absolutely amazing views of the bay of Souda, very private and quiet. The property is secured by an electric gate, to keep wandering tourists away, in that this accommodation appears historical in nature, maybe all that’s left of an old kastelli, based on the rock walls. I could be wrong, but I would guess that the actual accommodation is what used to be the powder magazine for the old fort. We enjoyed the place immensely.

We had a nice time, the accommodation is wonderful and as described. We felt very comfortable. It has a private garden and a terrace with a view for private use. Both were very great. Overall a great accommodation, we lacked nothing. Communication with Michalis also worked out great. We tried the tips, and we went to the tavern near the accommodation several times. We would come back anytime.

This place is fantastic. Two outdoor seating areas both with breathtaking views facing west so you can watch the sunset. We were there in December during Christmas and they had a nice wood burning stove to help warm the house in addition to an electric heater. There is nothing like the ambiance of a wood burning stove . They provided all of the firewood. They also had a fully stocked kitchen . It was an easy walk to town with all the restaurants. Almost all of which were closed when we went. The beaches are a walkable distance. One of the highlights was the Aradena gorge, a 30 minute drive. The trailhead is in a beautiful ancient town. The hike is technically challenging due to loose rocks. Honestly, one of my favorite things was the area. Off season, it is incredibly quiet and peaceful. I loved seeing all the goats and sheep on the hillsides. One thing to note is the bedroom is on the third floor and the bathroom is on the first floor. This was not an issue for us.

What a lovely quiet and relaxed stay we had in kampos. The house has everything we needed and the view was amazing with fantastic sunsets. Thank you Sofia for your warm welcome and good local recommendations. We would love to come back again 😀

We really enjoyed our stay in Billy’s place, the accommodation was perfect and the views from the large roof terrace were amazing. There is plenty to do in Paleochora, beaches, shops, great taverna’s and many historical sites nearby, there are also options to book boat and ferry trips. Billy was a great host, very helpful and very friendly.

Great remote location with everything you need to spend quality time with your family or beloved ones. Think of bringing warm clothes for chilly evenings and nights in autumn!
