The space is as described and photographed: it is very clean, perfectly equipped, lots of storage. The apartment is well arranged and decorated with taste. The neighborhood and residence are very quiet and well secured. Parking space is a real plus. Check-in was able to take place in a very accommodating way for us. Everything was impeccable!

Very well located accommodation, 15 minutes' walk to Biarritz. Marie was very accommodating regarding check-in and was responsive when I needed help. The terrace is really a plus as well as the parking space! I recommend it without hesitating!

Marie is extremely welcoming and her apartment is in a perfect state of cleanliness, really impeccable, there is nothing to complain about, it was so clean when we arrived. The apartment is on the ground floor of his house, but perfectly independent and not overlooked. The terrace is lovely. Everything is designed to make you feel good, including brochures from the Tourist Office provided. The location is ideal for wandering around the surrounding cities. It's great value for money and I'm delighted to have been able to stay at Marie's.

Excellent stay, the rental was perfect, exactly matches the listing. Very quiet, close to beaches, restaurants, bakery nearby... The welcome was very good, everything was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at Siana and Simon's place. It was beautiful, comfortable, and well located. It was quite easy getting the bus to Bayonne, and the beach. Checking in was very easy. We had such a dreamy holiday — leaving to come back home was the only difficult thing during our trip! Merci pour tous — Siana et Simon.

from the beginning to the end, everything was perfect and more with the instructions given. In our case, for work reasons, it was very close to it and the best parking was inside the facility. Stay: 2 nights in May 2025 Maxime's apartment was perfectly in line with the photos and the satisfaction was total: - clarity and accuracy of instructions before arrival, - accessibility of the apartment and self check-in (which I prefer, personally), - Maxime's strong responsiveness to any questions asked, - layout (very well distributed space and plenty of storage) and decoration of the apartment, perfectly to our liking, - cleanliness of the place, - quality of the services offered: the shower is very large, the dressing room is very convenient (allows the apartment to be kept in order), the kitchen and the stay are great. A very good bakery and two supermarkets are nearby. We immediately felt "at home" and would have gladly extended our stay. We will definitely return to Maxime's place during our next stay in the Basque Country, with Anglet having the advantage of being between Bayonne and Biarritz.

we spent 10 incredible days... relaxing quiet rest... beautiful walks for the dog and great location for fishing enthusiasts...... Charlotte is a fantastic host – warm, attentive, and always available. The apartment is beautiful, lovingly furnished, and the terrace is perfect for relaxing. The absolute highlight was the use of the sauna and the hot tub – simply amazing! I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!
