Vans will not be able to access the Farm. -You will need to follow the check-in details provided to find us, so be sure to keep those handy. -We love to provide our guests with our farm's top quality produce. Studio 5 - Farm Open Plan Studio.

Studio 5 is an open plan room with king size bed, basic kitchen and lounge with tv & dining area. A great space to relax and recharge after a busy day exploring. If an additional guest is booked an extra pull out bed or fold out mattress is provided. There is no mobile signal at all on the farm. WiFi is available. There is underfloor heating, basic sky tv and an outside patio area with table and chairs. Dogs must be booked in & we charge £10pn and £50 for up to a week.

Ty Beic is two, one bedroom holiday cottages perched on a hill above the tiny hamlet of Sarnau, near Bala, on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. These two restored stone barns are a magical place to stay all year round providing a perfect base for exploring North Wales.
