A wonderful lakeside house with a well-equipped kitchen, a Weber gas grill and many places that call for good books and nice conversations. Whether in the living room in front of the fireplace, on the window seat in front of the panoramic window on the second floor or in the deck chair on the roof terrace: everywhere the lake glitters through the trees. The swimming area is at the doorstep, as is the forest. There are two desks for workation in the countryside. Space for up to 6, with min. 2 children for up to 8 people.

Tiny Lebehn House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The old henhouse build in +-1940. We didn't change the outlay of the house, kept beams and windows are almost original. Only 24 sq m, but feels larger than it is. Located in the lower garden of Lake House Lebehn, with own garden entrance and a wooden terrace. Optional breakfast price €10 per person. The vacation home in Berlin was completely renovated and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of trend architect Jürgen Krüger! In the approx. 130 square meters, up to 10 people can stay on two floors. The entire house has separate air conditioning, WiFi & satellite TV in each living room and bedroom. We hope that with the renovations we have found a cozy and warm interior design style and that there is something for all ages!

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer schönen und ruhigen Wohnsiedlung auf einem 1000 qm großen abgeschlossenen Grundstück separat im Garten. Die Lage ist ein guter Mix für Erholung und Ruhe und doch nicht weit ab vom Warener Stadtleben, oder als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. An warmen Tagen können Sie auf der großen überdachten Terrasse direkt am Ferienhaus frühstücken oder am Abend grillen.
