Own guest part on beautiful island Hven.

In our house, the western school on the island of Hven, there is a separate newly renovated guest part that we are happy to rent to you. The guest area has its own lockable entrance and private patio. It is about 20 sqm and consists of a room with bunk bed 120*90 cm and kitchenette. Toilet with sink and separate shower room with sauna. The house is centrally located on the island in Tuna village, close to the shop and several of the island's taverns but still in a quiet and slightly secluded location with open fields in front of the patio. A cozy little open cottage 28 m2 located on the host's property. Sheets / towel 50:-/p/stay is available for rental. Duvet and pillows are included in rent. WiFi is available . Small induction plate, oven, microwave, coffee maker ,fridge/freezer, Charcoal grill . Bathroom/shower. 2 Bed armchairs 80 width+bunk bed above 90(light child) downstairs 120(adult). The guest does dishes and puts back porcelain, throws sorted garbage, and is responsible for leaving the cottage in the condition it was received. You can buy cleaning for SEK 550. Non-smoking cabin!

Newly renovated tastefully decorated guesthouse in Skepparkroken, 100 m to the sandy beach. Directly adjacent to cycling and trails. Four beds of which two are in a double bed and two in a sofa bed. Outdoor room, laundry room, AC, fireplace, large terrace with flexible patios, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen, etc. Sheets and towels are included. Two bikes are available to borrow.

Within a radius of approx. 10 30 minutes you will find i.a. golf, padel courts, flea markets, museums, beaches, various cities, cycle paths, national parks, Skåneleden and moose safaris.

Welcome to this cosy red cottage with its own garden with berry bushes and fruit trees located only 600m from a lovely swimming beach. Train and bus are close by so it is easy to get here and discover the surroundings. For those who like to bike, Kattegattleden is around the corner, and there is plenty of room for parking if you come by car. A nice place for a quiet and comfortable stay! On the plot there is another house but you have separate gardens.
