Fantastic location in a perfect location on Marine Parade. Right in the centre of downtown on the lake shore. Easy walk to the ferries, Water Metro, restaurants. A pleasant 20 minute Water Metro ride delivers you to Fort Kochi. Large fully fitted out apartment - I stayed for 2 weeks and it felt like home.

Though my stay was only for couple of days, I enjoyed it and had a hazzle free time during my stay. The place is comfortable enough for a short trip, giving enough privacy and peace. Kitchen and room had almost all the necessary amenities. would recommend it and would be happy to stay again. Thanks to the host, Farooq for being in touch throughout the stay.

Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, from the furniture to the lighting to the little details that made the place comfortable and functional. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and the host provided clear instructions that made everything easy. The Wi-Fi was strong, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there were fresh towels, toiletries, and even coffee and tea waiting. It felt peaceful, private, and just really well put together. Whether you're working remotely or just looking for a place to relax, this space has everything you need. I’d absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Excellent AC and good wifi, along with a fantastic caretaker who made sure I felt right at home. Great location, easily accessible and a lovely place overall. The flat is pretty good with beautiful view of backwaters. One can enjoy the scenic beauty sipping tea sitting in the balcony. Main hall should have Air-conditioning which will make it more comfortable. Overall it’s a peaceful well maintained nice place.
