Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Andes

This is the second time I have stayed in this apartment. Every time I have been thrilled with the apartment. It is a beautiful and unique apartment with high end furniture, comfortable bed, in a high-end neighborhood very close to Parque 93. Juan, thank you again.

This place was a great purchase ! It looked exactly like the pictures , the host was very nice and informative seeing as though this was my first time in Columbia . I would definitely stay at this place again the next time i vacation in this beautiful country.

I've been using Airbnb for 13 years and this stands out as one of the nicest apartments I've experienced. It's perfectly styled and convenient with a full-sized washer and dryer, great shower, automatic shades, and all the kitchen amenities you need. We also loved the porch hammock! The location is perfectly situated: walkable to nightlife with an amazing bakery across the street and a great grocery store a couple blocks away. Note that as of 6/1/25 there is construction happening on a building nearby so I recommend bringing earplugs for the morning, but this didn't detract from our experience.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were spacious and secure, with security personnel always visible. The surrounding area was delightful to explore, with everything conveniently located within a short distance. I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

Before booking this place I took the time to read previous reviews and be careful as I was traveling with my mother, grandma and son. The moment we arrived, it felt like home. Every detail looks like the pictures. The tall ceilings and spacious areas were great for my 2 year old. The master bedroom was located on a different floor which was beautiful and more than enough closet space. I did have an issue with the wi-fi but Bruno & Lindis were responsive and Bruno fixed it within minutes. There’s a cleaning lady available at your request. She didn’t enter the apartment until we were on the premises, she was very helpful, nice, inspired trust & comfort. The doorman was very helpful as well. Since this is a “downtown” area, there was constant police presence and people walking around. We even saw police officers standing on a red light with a sign “honking is unnecessary” caring for the traffic noise. We felt comfortable and safe that booked this place again for our next trip.

Exactly like the pictures! Close to everything, yet peaceful at night, heard very minimal noise, felt right at home and loved the security guy at the front! He’s awesome and will recommend the best spots. Definitely staying here again! 10/10 would recommend

The accommodation is very cozy, it was well worth it. I kindly ask future guests of Copan to take care of the accommodations with a lot of love and affection so that we always have incredible experiences in this building that we love so much

My stay was perfect. The home was beautiful just like the pictures and the area was very safe. The hosts were amazing, the hospitality and kindness they showed me was incredible. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends and family who visit São Paulo.

wow just wow.. we are absolutely in love with Quitandinha. We had an amazing time, we got to relax and spend time with our relatives that we haven't seen in 25 years so the place made it extra special. Dona Cida and seu Belchior, no words to describe them, we actually became friends and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this airbnb. Phill was very attentive and replied to my questions within minutes. Thank you Quitandinha for the best 6 days of my life.

If I could give Sarah and her place 5+ stars I would. While her place is off the beaten path, she makes it so easy to find, enter and relax. I have nothing but positive things to say. She has thought of everything, 7 steps ahead; from the guest book digitally and in person, local contacts for boat trips, meals and more! Her communication is superb, always checking in, she answers the crazies of questions with patients and grace. I mentioned it was my dad’s 70th birthday trip and when we arrived she had a birthday basket and HBD message with his name hand painted on local wood. WOW just WOW! Her place is top notch, the best I’ve ever stayed. She made this trip ultra special and I’m forever grateful. Customer service is King (Queen) and she is the Queen. If things ran like she runs her BnB all would been good in the world. Companies should take note. PS I’ve already booked my second trip with her. PPS Usually I try to avoid ABnBs but I will always make an exception for her and her place.

I’ve had to take some time to fully articulate the experience we had. To put it simply, the photos do not do the home justice. The staff is just amazing. We had never been to Montezuma, and, what an amazing town. We had been to Costa Rica before, and if you’re looking for an authentic experience with people you trust, do yourself a favor and stay here. The home speaks for itself. It’s such a special place. Skip the popular & tourist towns and visit here. Amazing.

I stayed with my family, and we had very nice days. Large house, bright, airy, extremely comfortable, cozy and clean. Kitchen equipped with appliances and quality utensils. Very good barbecue. Communication with Lutz was extremely good, as was the communication with Simone (homemade). In fact, Simone helped us with breakfast and lunch. Everything was great. Simone is very helpful, polite, friendly and caring. I recommend it!

Great place to stay, absolutely gorgeous views from the house. The only suggestion I would have is one needs a good vehicle to get there, given the drive to it. Besides that, everything is just wonderful and would highly recommend

I stayed here on a week trip to see Costa Rica but also wanted a peaceful place to stay and this place was 100% worth it! Our host was great and always open to questions. The property is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. It’s tucked away in the forest and we were so glad we stayed there because we got to see monkeys right by the pool side during our stay!

The stay at Jeanne's house was simply wonderful!! The place is exactly as in the photos, and the view is really breathtaking! Super wooded and cozy place. Jeanne was an amazing host and super attentive at all times, so cute!!! It gave us great local advice. It was very easy to take an Uber there, just down the walkway near the house and going to the Faro Beach Club, which is nearby. It is also very easy to walk to Leblon, as well as to Vidigal Beach. We felt very safe there, it was a great experience! As clearly shown in the ad, there are stairs to get to the space, so the only concern is accessibility. For those who don't have this concern, I highly recommend it!!!

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.
