Loft holiday rentals in Andes

It was a pleasure to stay at Juan Carlos’ property. It was spacious, very well maintained and had updated technology. Would stay here again.

Not much more to say but just stayed at Ivan’s place again and every chance I get. Always wonderful and amazing host!!!

My only regret is that I didn't stay for a longer period here, this apartment is so so beautiful inside and pristine clean. Suely is so sweet and helpful with things in the home as well as in the neighborhood, I will for sure come here again!

Lovely place, in a great location. Really appreciated the daily tidying/cleaning. Maria and Dirk were super easy to communicate with and coordinate.

We had a fantastic stay at Magic Place. Walkable to great beaches and restaurants. Marianne and Rob are so helpful and friendly. The pool is a lovely spot to chill during the day, and it's spotless. Barney the Yorkshire Terrier was the highlight of the place. Would 100% recommend their Airbnb!

The place was simply amazing! Wonderful energy, everything impeccable and clean, the cutest decorative items, comfortable beds, fluffy pillows, delicious blankets and many useful items in the kitchen that saved us a lot! In addition to the fact that Maria Clara and Miriam responded super fast and were very attentive. Thank you very much for the stay, I hope to return soon! The only sad point of the trip was having to leave and say goodbye to such an incredible place. Thank you 💛

Great spot that was accurately described. guille was very nice and responsive. The neighborhood is noisy at night as there are lots of bars and clubs in the area, I would bring ear plugs, Guille also provided them which was very kind. Overalls, recommend this place!

My stay was surreal. We loved staying in the super cozy, integrated apartment, full of amenities. The space is wonderful, just like the photos, and the comfort exceeds expectations. The integration with Alexa in all rooms is perfect. If I could, I would be more. Certainly, when we return to POA, we will opt for the NIC3 Home Xperience.

The apartment of the location is unbeatable! Everything is in walking distance - beach, restaurants, shops! The decor also convinced us, very tasteful and a great balcony. We will be happy to come back :)

I highly recommend the space, the hostess was very attentive and kind, she prepared the space with all the love and affection to welcome us. The space is beautiful, well decorated and very well organized, the immersion in the theme was incredible and met all expectations. I will return more often to have this incredible experience again, congratulations to the host who ensures good service and the care she has for the customers' experience.

You cannot beat this apartment especially for the price point. Amazing view (you can see all the way to Uruguay) as well as great amenities. We received a full tour when we got there which was greatly appreciated. Gym and pool were very nice.

We had a wonderful stay. The surroundings are beautiful, we enjoyed waking up each morning and looking straight out to the clouds and trees. Great for spotting birds too! Carlos and Sharon were so helpful with local recommendations and helped us plan our trip! comfortable stay with a great shower (always a bonus!)

Very well located apartment, I was able to do many things on foot. The apartment's decoration and care is excellent, unlike all the experiences I've had with Airbnb. Usually, accommodation of this size and price is very simple. This gives something extra in the style that makes you feel more at home. I highly recommend it!
