Townhome holiday rentals in Andes

We stayed at Ilya's condo for a week and really loved the location! The condo is a 3 minute walk to the north end of Coco beach and a 3 minute walk to the restaurants, bars, and grocery store in the Las Palmas neighborhood. We also walked into downtown Coco a lot, but that was a little farther, maybe 15 mins. My favorite part of the condo was the rooftop terrace. We sat up there in the mornings drinking coffee and listening to the ocean waves. And in the evening, the sunsets were amazing! Ilya was a great host. He sent us recommendations for restaurants, activites, beaches to see, etc. He was very thorough at check-in, showing us features of the condo and around the complex. I'd recommend staying here to anyone interested in great views and close proximity to the Coco beach.

Очень гостеприимные люди Джудит и ее муж Гуннар, весёлые, позитивные,отзывчивые, великолепные. Жилье организованно для короткого и длительного пребывания, кухня-гостинная с мебелью из дерева, сделана руками Гуннара, с любовью, гардероб, шикарная спальня с балконом, большая удобная ванная. Чистота безупречная, комфорт, чудесный балкон с гамаком и видом на бесконечную зелень, райский сад с птицами, мы любовались колибри, их тут очень много в саду. Дом расположен в центре, пешком можно дойти до супермаркетов и ресторанов, они тут на любой вкус. Также рядом тропы для пешеходных экскурссий, водопады,горы. Ленсойс утопает в зелени, цветах. Джудит может дать советы по различным экскурссиям, вообще она отзывчивый человек и всегда готова помочь. Гуннар печет вкусные кексы, которыми любезно нас угощали. Делились фруктами из своего сада. Очень приятное пребывание, мы чувствовали себя как дома. Благодарим от всего сердца наши дорогие Джудит и Гуннар. Всем рекомендуем.

Location is great. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning in the bedroom made it very nice. Kitchen was well stocked and Internet was fast. Carlos is a great host.

Só temos elogios. Atendeu demais nossas expectativas. André extremamente atencioso desde o início. A casa é exatamente como nas fotos, extremamente bem equipada, todos os utensílios domésticos necessários, extremamente confortável, TV smart novinha pra ver um filminho a noite pois estava frio, tem taças para tomar um vinho (amei esse cuidado), muito limpo, eletros ótimos, e a vista é INCRÍVEL! O rapaz que nos recebe (caseiro) super educado, local muito privativo e nao muito fora de mão da estrada para nós deslocar para as praias. O principal que merece 10 estrelas é o horário de check-in e check-out, no último dia pudemos almoçar com calma antes de pegar a estrada. Enfim ganhou com certeza clientes fiéis pois voltaremos em breve!!! Avaliou com 1000 estrelas. Parabéns pela excelente acomodação!!!

Foi maravilhoso esses dias hospedada na Milena. As crianças super aproveitaram. Fizemos encomenda de peixe e camarão com a pescaria indicada pela Milena e entregaram tudo em casa, já limpinho pronto pra fazer a moqueca. Por falar em moqueca, a cozinheira da casa é maravilhosa. Foram duas que nos atenderam em dias diferentes (a Bia e a Greice, mulheres incríveis), deixaram tudo arrumado e cozinharam maravilhosamente bem. Fizemos a encomenda de um bolo de aniversário e dos docinhos, tudo por indicação da cozinheira. De novo, entregaram em casa, tudo lindo, bem feito e gostoso. Super indico a casa da Milena!!! Voltaremos com certeza!

Adoramos a casa. Realmente pé na areia. As fotos correspondiam extamente com o lugar. Tudo o que precisávamos tinha na casa. Lugar tranquilo e lindo.

We loved staying at David’s place on the edge of Barrio Italia. He’s done an incredible job with the interior design—especially the lighting—and the books were a thoughtful touch. I enjoyed reading a satire about “Quicos,” the Chilean upper class. David also shared great tips on nearby vegan spots, like Verde Sazón. There’s a vegan panadería/pastelería called Tierra Libre just a short walk away—their passion fruit meringue pie is unbelievably good. Also nearby are Sapiens, a vegan restaurant, and SOMA, a high-end vegan patisserie that rivals anything in Paris. David’s home was the perfect landing spot after our return from Atacama. It’s an ideal place for 2–4 travelers looking for a fun and stylish stay in Santiago.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly accommodating, always in touch, and very understanding throughout my stay. The communication was smooth and responsive, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The place itself was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and perfect for what I needed. Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Tudo IMPECÁVEL! Aluguei essa casa para ir com meu marido, filhos (4 anos e o outro 6 meses) e meus pais. Desde o momento de fechar a reserva e durante toda as estadia o Raul e a Eline foram atenciosos, rápidos em responder e nos deram todas as informações detalhadas. A casa é super limpa, organizada e bem equipada. Não falta nada! A praia é pertinho e o caminho é ótimo, até para quem está com crianças (no meu caso até com carrinho de bebê). O condomínio tem funcionários simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos, especialmente o Thiago. A piscina é um paraíso de frente pra praia é de tirar o fôlego. Eu não tenho nada a reclamar, pois foi tudo perfeito. Tivemos dias abençoados, com muito conforto e paz. Pretendo voltar em breve.

Absolutely five star location, condo and resort. So many amenities and attention to details at the condo. We were a family of four with grandparents joining and the condo was the perfect fit! We were all drawn to the wrap around porch and hammocks instantly. As other reviewers stated Andreina is super sweet and helpful. We were able to explore the resort and take advantage of the pool as well as several private beaches within the property. I would highly recommend going to a grocery store on the way in or having them delivered upon arrival. The kitchen was so well stocked we ate almost every meal at the condo for the week we were there. On our last day the howler monkeys came right to the the trees across from the condo to wish us fare well! What an unforgettable trip! Hope to one day be lucky enough to return!

Very well suited for larger groups and place was well equipped. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Location was good as it was quiet and of course the awesome view! Best suited if you have a car as taxis while possible are more challenging. Can highly recommend and enjoyed our stay.

Ilya was very helpful and responsive. He helped us with our bags & showed us the condo. Loved the pools. Lots of stairs and hills to walk. Such a beautiful facility. Would definitely recommend!

Nossa experiência na hospedagem na Praia do Bonfim foi simplesmente encantadora! O lugar é aconchegante, bem cuidado e com uma vista deslumbrante, perfeito para relaxar e aproveitar a natureza. A praia é uma delícia! Águas calmas, ideal para famílias com crianças. Desde o primeiro contato, a anfitriã Marisa foi extremamente atenciosa, sempre disponível para nos ajudar com dicas locais e garantir que tudo estivesse perfeito durante a estadia. Sua simpatia e cuidado fizeram toda a diferença. Sem dúvida, um lugar que recomendamos e queremos voltar!

Todo perfecto, la única contra es el primer día tuvimos mucho frío a la noche a pesar de haber pedido expresamente que la casa estuviera a buena temperatura, sobre todo en el cuarto principal la medianera daba al exterior. Difícil creer que te digan que la Calefaccion no pueden andar a más de 23° pero sacando ese pequeño inconveniente, recomiendo la casa y definitivamente volvería.

Tami’s place is very well located. We enjoyed how Tami’s home was organized and the view on the church. The living room was very comfortable with a beautiful light in the morning. Tami was very helpful and flexible, allowing us to check in early. Great experience in the Centro Histórico!

The view and location are stunning. As others have mentioned, the apartment is even nicer than it looks in the listing, with lots of nice personal touches and multiple different spots to sit and look at that amazing view. There are two fantastic beaches right outside your door--one with bigger waves where you can watch the surfers, and one that's calmer and great for swimming. We hope to come back!

El lugar es hermoso, mucho más lindo de lo que se ve en las fotos. Súper cómodo, con una cama muy confortable y una cocina increíblemente completa: tiene absolutamente todo lo que uno puede necesitar (¡y más!). La pasamos muy bien, nos sentimos como en casa.
