We loved our stay at Magdalena’s house. It was like a private tropical paradise and Magdalena is the perfect host. Max planned our excursions for us and was SO helpful. The house was lovely but the backyard was amazing. The house features a wrap around porch with a comfy couch and chairs and large outdoor dining table. There is a separate large outdoor kitchen area with grills, additional seating and a hot tub. The infinity pool is steps away. The view from all vantage points is breathtaking and the grounds are landscaped beautifully. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean with rain showers and plenty of hot water. The AC worked perfectly and kept us cool. Esmeralda came daily and even did our dishes and laundry. The house is a 40 minute drive to the Arenal area. The main roads into La Fortuna were well maintained. The drive was long but easy. Shopping was a bit of a challenge but there are local “supermarkets” and a Maxi Pali in La Fortuna. Enjoy!

We really enjoyed our stay at Giorgia's place. Perfectly located with stunning views. No noise from outside and the pool was a nice addition. The doorman, Sergio was extremely helpful to our needs as well and Giorgia was responsive to our questions. Would recommend to anyone.

What an unforgettable adventure! The drive to the Airbnb was thrilling—winding roads, steep climbs, and a tropical downpour that only added to the excitement. Even with the rain coming down, the lush scenery was absolutely breathtaking. We made a quick stop at a local supermarket to grab some essentials, and from there, it was straight into paradise. When we arrived, we were greeted by the wonderful Juan Carlo, who was already waiting for us with a warm welcome and a big smile. He showed us around the house, and wow—it was stunning. Every corner of the place was beautiful, cozy, and full of character. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back. Just a tip: be ready for some serious driving—this place is for the bold and adventurous! But trust us, it’s 100% worth it. The host was fantastic—super responsive, helpful, and kind. PURA VIDA! This was a dream come true.

Amazing stay with Sophie. She was the best host ever offering insightful recommendations and super super responsive (within minutes). The house was absolutely gorgeous and within walking distance to all great restaurants and attractions. Only complaint (which is being super picky) is that the partially outdoor bathroom had mosquitoes which wasn’t the most pleasant while showering and going to the bathroom. But again that is being super picky! Thanks for the great stay Sophie!

I can’t describe how much we loved Jason’s place. The outdoor space was beautiful and so fun to hang up with family. The whimsical decor in each room left me smiling. I have stayed in BnBs abroad and around the US and none have come close to bringing this special.

Very quite place with great view of the city lights

The house exceeded our expectations. The views from every room were incredible. The outside area and pool were amazing. Close drive to excursions and other beaches. The restaurant on site was delicious and the mini super was very convenient. Our only regret is we didn’t spend our entire trip at Raj’s place. We cannot wait to come back!!!

A Casa 1 onde ficamos possui dois bons quartos, saleta de TV e uma sala com lareira e cozinha integrada, todos com ótima iluminação natural e conforme fotos. Destaques ficam com o banheiro com box envidraçado para a mata, o quiosque com churrasqueira, a ótima varanda e jardim maravilhoso. A casa é muito bem equipada com roupa de cama & banho e utensílios de boa qualidade para quem cozinha e precisa lavar roupa. A cereja do bolo foi o rio de águas cristalinas, pequenas quedas e poços entre os mais bonitos que já vimos, acessado por trilhas curtas na propriedade —nem dá vontade de ir mais longe. Linda região, estradas e bom comércio a poucos minutos de distância. Agradecemos ao Guilherme pela recepção e cuidado com todos os detalhes para uma ótima estadia.

Um apartamento com excelente localização directamente à frente das praias de Copacabana e com porteiro 24 horas. Sentimos-nos muito seguros e precisamos apenas 5 minutos até à praia. Também óptimo para quem quer apanhar um Uber e visitar a cidade. O apartamento está muito bem decorado, mantido e tudo muito limpo. O processo para fazer o Check-in e Check-out foram bastante fáceis e a comunicação com o hóspede funcionou perfeitamente. Recomendamos!

A localização é incrível. Parecia que eu estava vivendo um sonho, com aquela vista maravilhosa.. que mesmo em dia de chuva, continua incrível!!!! Tem muitos restaurantes próximos, supermercados, ótimo local, recomendo muito! E a vista é um show a parte. E o apartamento estava muito limpo e cheiroso amamos.

Estuve durante una semana, celebrando mis 50 años, éramos 10 amigos. el lugar es un paraíso, la playa limpia, privada, el mar calmo, transparente, la casa sin igual, doña Lidis la señora que nos cocinaba, hacía unas comidas alucinantes, nosotros escogimos el menú y ella los preparó a la perfección. la segunda persona que la ayudó doña Maira muy cuidadosa y el aseo todos los días quedaba impecable. Lugar muy recomendado muy tranquilo. Volveré seguramente, mi lugar preferido para descansar y estar relajado y con toda la privacidad, naturaleza y atardeceres espectaculares. Recomendaciones personales: Preferible alquilar carro para llegar es mas cómodo. También organizar con doña Lidis el menú de comidas que ella se encarga de comprar el mercado y prepararlo con nuestro presupuesto. Asi va uno a descansar de verdad. gracias JOSE

A casa da Fátima já se tornou um pouco nossa também, já repetimos e repetiremos quantas vezes conseguirmos encaixar a agenda. É de longe nosso Airbnb predileto, com excelentes memórias, sempre que lembramos do Baú da Mantiqueira abrimos um sorriso e pensamos quando conseguimos voltar! O lugar, a energia, o céu, a paisagem, nossa família é tão feliz lá!! Obrigada por sempre nos acolher tão bem em sua casa Fátima!!! Até a próxima!

Villa Yazmin is a truly special and amazing home! We had a fantastic experience and we cannot say thank you enough to our wonderful host, Mary. Mary was so responsive and a joy to talk with. She arranged to pick us up at the airport and then also drove us to our next destination on the island after our stay at the villa. We used her Ford vehicle to drive around and visit all of the local beaches and restaurants, and it was so easy and much appreciated (although it was hard to tear ourselves away from the villa, the pool, and the beautiful views!) Mary is such a welcoming and generous person and we loved getting to know her. The villa is exceptional, easily our best Airbnb experience. Mary has thoughtfully decorated and provided great amenities. Thank you again Mary for sharing your gorgeous home with us! We would love to return!

We enjoyed our stay here, the host is very accommodating and responsive. Building security is very tight. I thought that this would hinder some fun for us but the host assured a great time and great experience for us. The pent house view is beautiful to wake up to every morning. It’s nice and bright with a beautiful view of the ocean. I believe the pics may have be taken at night. One tip I would leave them is to take more bright high quality pics. Other than that thank you for your hospitality! The Penthouse Cartagena experience was amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf in Uri’s cabana. We werden warm onthaald en voelden ons meteen thuis. Uri is een geweldige host en stond steeds klaar om ons te helpen onder andere met het huren van een brommer en regelen van surflessen, maar ook toen we motorpech hadden. Bovendien is het een prachtige locatie, en konden we helemaal tot rust komen in zijn klein paradijs.

We loved the place! Great location and has such an amazing view!! A very cute place. If we come back to this area we would def want to stay here again!

Fomos para a nossa lua de mel, não poderia ter escolhido acomodação melhor que esta, amamos os dias em que passamos lá, e com certeza iremos voltar, a Glenda é muito gentil e prestativa, nota mil, muito obrigada Glenda, bem breve voltarei.

Our family of four stayed at the Tree House at the begining of June 2025. Punta Islita is a friendly and laid back place, perfect for a family to visit. Directions and check-in was well described and easy to follow. Accomodations were clean, kitchen had everything we needed (coffee, sugar, etc) and absolutley perfect for our family including a plunge pool and access to the larger pool for kids swimming fun. Fantastic restaurants and a small grovery store were a very short walk away. We checked out the nearby hotel for a golf cart rental and activities like surf lessons and fishing, they had a large listof other exciting activities to do. We also chcked out the very safe beach (10min walk down the road) and the Macaw sanctuary. Really a magical place to visit, definitely worth the drive from Samara. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the house and explore more of the area.

Foi minha segunda experiência e depois de um ano e oito meses, a casa está precisando de alguns cuidados - como a tela nas janelas para mosquitos e o chuveiro precisando de vedação. Mas apesar disso, estava tudo muito bom, a cozinha é bem completa, a localização é nossa preferida e a piscina é o melhor lugar para assistir ao por do sol. É nossa casa fora de casa!

Perfect getaway for Aruba. Away from the busy tourist section, but close enough for a short drive to get there. Loved sitting outside and listening to the waves and watching the hermit crabs walk around the patio. The pool was a bonus and definitely hit the spot after a day on the hot beach. Mayel and Ronny were very attentive and responded quickly to any concerns or questions we had. Definitely would stay here again on our next trip to Aruba! One Happy Island and One Happy Gueat!

Ion was so kind and flexible. We had issues with our arrival, and he was so accommodating and responsive, he even stayed up til one am to greet us at the front door. This neighborhood is super close to Escadaria de Selarón and full of cafes and restaurants to visit. It’s also a short uber ride to many of the tourist hotspots, we felt completely safe getting to and from Ion’s home. This is a tropical paradise that really makes you feel brasileiro and at home. You can even see Christ the redeemer from the patio! His eclectic and bohemian style makes for beautiful photos and he is a very gracious and amazing host!!
