The home was perfect if you are staying at Redding and exploring area around Redding. The home was clean and very spacious. Both of our families had a very comfortable stay.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation with my adult children. We had the best trip spending quality time together , enjoying the property. We can't wait to visit again. The home was perfect and the extra touches made this one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed at. The hosts made everyone feel at home and where so nice answering all our questions and I am forever grateful for this experience.

Anelsy is a responsive host who provides a clean and well-equipped house for visitors in the Redding area! I highly recommend her Airbnb and would definitely stay at her place again for return trips to the area!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is cute. Loved the fenced backyard for the dogs. The AC works great. The beds were comfortable. We did hear the train several times at night along with traffic. This place was a good central point for us to visit both sides of Lassen.

I enjoyed Brandy’s place! Super easy to find, convenient location from different stores and restaurants. The place was really clean which I loved. Had everything we needed, such as extra toilet paper, trash bags, pots, pans, microwave, blankets etc. She was super sweet in recommending local hikes and trips. Very responsive! Neighborhood was quiet, loved the backyard with the string lights.

My parents are currently staying at this accommodation long-term, and they’ve been absolutely loving their experience so far. From the moment they arrived, they felt welcomed and at ease. Jacque’s attentiveness to detail is truly exceptional—she responds promptly to any questions or concerns, and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything is just right. The home itself is clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that has brought them peace of mind and comfort. With two months left in their stay, my parents are genuinely looking forward to continuing to enjoy this wonderful space. We’re so grateful to have found a place that feels like home away from home.

It was our first time in Redding, had a wonderful stay! Sparkling home with comfortable beds and pillows. Did not use hot tub because it was very hot but the yard is very private, looking forward to trying it next time! Highly recommend.

This was our first time to stay in a portion of a home and the studio was perfect for what we needed. It had all the amenities, was clean, easy to access, parking. Rebekah was always responsive if we had questions or needed anything. She made us feel right at home.

The place felt just like home! It was cozy and comfortable and in a nice quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and will def recommend this place to others. The bed was comfortable and all of the extras were great! Toiletries ands extra towels, ziploc bags, spices and a fully equipped kitchen made the stay even better! Thank you Robert!

I stayed here with my friend and her dog on our way to go backpacking in the Trinity Alps. This was the perfect place and we would stay again, lovely kitchen and living room. Comfy beds and clean bathroom. Linda was very responsive and gave clear instructions with photos so we could arrive in the evening with no issues.

This listing is kinda like a nice hotel room. Very comfortable, mini fridge and microwave. What is absolutely stunning is the grounds. The pool was perfect, better than the pictures. The river had nice sitting areas, and there was plenty of spots to sit and relax by the pool. there n is a swim up bad and sunken BBQ area. There were horseshoe pits and a hot tub as well. Walking distance to the Gaia hotel and Spa if you wanted to schedule a massage or go to dinner. The host was extremely proactive, checked on me and was super responsive of i had a question. I would love to stay here again.

Great place and great hosts. It’s a vintage home with lots of charm. Spacious and comfortable. Slept really well on a nice bed. Greg was very helpful and always responsive to questions. They give you plenty of space to do your thing. The neighborhood is nice too. Quiet but close to the old downtown and everything on the west side.

During a 10-day road trip, we spent 3 nights in Darlene’s wonderful rental unit in Redding. She is an excellent host who made us feel very welcome. The rental unit is great, and has everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay, including cookware, dishes, coffeemaker, etc., and the bed is extremely comfortable. Darlene is very communicative, and responds quickly to inquiries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to a return visit!
