brand new villa , clean and comfy value for money..

The villa is a bit worn, but matches the photos exactly. It had everything I needed except a washing machine. The location is peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to Bang Tao and everything else when needed. The pool is cool, deep enough, and private thanks to high walls with no prying neighbors. The weekly service team handles everything - cleaning, pool, garden, linens - in under 15 minutes. I never saw a single ant inside, which is great in this area and made it easy to relax about food storage. No need to bother about utility bills either, which is also a plus. The local cafe offers an all-day breakfast menu along with great lunch options, but it closes early (5 PM), though there are other fantastic options within walking distance and many are listed on food delivery apps as well. Diego was always available if I needed anything and helped a lot during my stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a long stay and good value. I’ll be staying longer.

Loic and his team are a great group of people who are very friendly and easy to deal with, the villa was immaculate itself and was very true to the photos, I would also suggest getting in touch with Loic as he can organise great scooters delivered directly to the Villa which were very handy to see the local sights, Had a great stay looking forward to revisiting!

From before even entering Thailand the communication with the staff was impeccable! They were very informative and even arranged an airport pickup transfer. The accommodation is as wonderful as it is presented in the images. The area the accommodation is located in is very relaxing and as a first timer in Thailand it just felt perfect. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who’s planning a trip to Phuket! The staff are very welcoming and treat you with the upmost respect.

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

We recently returned from a vacation that the whole family spent (14 people, 3 to 81 years old) at a villa in Thailand – and it was the best decision! Unlike a hotel, you didn't have to spend time exploring the territory, everything was at hand. The villa is spacious and everyone had their own seating area. A special treat is the Win cook, who cooked delicious and varied dishes for us. The pool is without time restrictions, children could swim at least all night. On the territory there is everything you need – washing machine and dryer, table tennis, badminton. Walking distance to the beach, but only 7 - 10min by taxi. The beach itself is clean, the coastline is large, the waves depend on the weather. Olga, the hostess of the villa, was always in touch, helped with any questions. As a result, the stay was unforgettable – comfort, coziness, and complete relaxation! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Nammon is a great host. She is responsive, friendly & considerste with your needs. The place has almost everything you need. What we liked was that the villa was spotless. We were surprised how clean the bathroom, pool & lawn areas were. The place gives you a sunset view, a panaromic greenery view & a peaceful surrounding. We were in love with this place the moment we stepped in & we are sure so will you. Definitely a must visit if you looking for an isolated peaceful green surrounding. The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Mirka & Philippe's place in Choeng Thale. The house was spacious and had a lovely lounge and kitchen area. The pool and outside space was just fantastic and great for spending time relaxing. Its totally possible to walk to Bang Tao beach for a swim or to visit any of the beach clubs, restaurants and bars. If you have small children you are walking along the busy roadside . We ended up getting tuk tuks to take us there and back for a very small amount of THB which resolved the issue. Easy access to Boat Avenue for more food and shopping options. There was some minor construction noise from around the area during our stay but it wasn't too bad. Mirka was very responsive and a great host. We would stay again.

I stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The house was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, peaceful, and very well-maintained. It offered a great sense of calm, which made it the perfect getaway. The host was warm, welcoming, and responsive, making the entire stay smooth and comfortable. Definitely great value for money. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay! Only advice is plan your daily commute in advance, as the place is located at a very steep mountain.

Our 2 families had a fantastic stay, the staff at the villa were fantastic so helpful and polite. We had several meals at the villa which were so delicious and amazing value, as other people had said cheaper than eating out. Noi and Otto were fantastic at helping us to book trips and everything was great with these too. Thanks to Noi, Muay and the rest of the staff for such an amazing stay and making many happy memories. I would highly recommend staying at the villa it so comfortable and away from the chaos of Katu town and absolute Gem thanks so much

Perfect Stay in Kamala – A Truly Memorable Villa Experience 🌴🌞 We had the most perfect stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom villa with a private pool in Kamala. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa is spotless, beautifully furnished, and extremely well-maintained. Every detail has been thought through, from the fully equipped kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms and super comfortable beds. A huge thank you to Thoi , our wonderful host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to the Property Minding Team – they kept the villa in pristine condition and were professional, and always friendly. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape in Phuket.

The space is larger than shown in the photos. It is a bit outdated but very clean, especially the outdoor area is great. Every day someone came and took care of everything. The pool was our highlight. The communication with the administration went very well and we had a great trip over this one. Highly recommended, also in terms of price the excursion via the administration was unbeatable. There were small deficiencies that we had communicated and dealt with. The electricity there is very expensive, you should pay attention to it. We highly recommend the place. Currently, a 7/11 is being built, 5 min walk away. It is also about 15 minutes to the beach as well as to a good restaurant, Mr Warm. We will be back :)

We loved our stay here. The hosts were very attentive, we messaged them to organize things like drivers and recommendations all week and they always responded and organized things for us promptly. We felt like we got more than just a place to stay because of how attentive they were. Place was nice and clean and rubbish bags provided. And cleaners came to tidy and replaced towels part way though the week. The view was probably the best part about the place especially on the 4th floor lift (max 2ppl) included which was great so the stairs weren't an issue Everything was thought about from the pool floaties, welcome water, to oil and salt in the kitchen and wine for purchase if you really want to drink. The only thing I will mention is be aware the electricity and water will take a decent portion of your deposit but if you plan for it, it's not really an issue.

Fantastic location!! Everything was just like the photos and description. My family and I really enjoyed the privacy. The staff is incredible!!! They really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as smooth as the sand at the beach!!
