The villa is a bit worn, but matches the photos exactly. It had everything I needed except a washing machine. The location is peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to Bang Tao and everything else when needed. The pool is cool, deep enough, and private thanks to high walls with no prying neighbors. The weekly service team handles everything - cleaning, pool, garden, linens - in under 15 minutes. I never saw a single ant inside, which is great in this area and made it easy to relax about food storage. No need to bother about utility bills either, which is also a plus. The local cafe offers an all-day breakfast menu along with great lunch options, but it closes early (5 PM), though there are other fantastic options within walking distance and many are listed on food delivery apps as well. Diego was always available if I needed anything and helped a lot during my stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a long stay and good value. I’ll be staying longer.

Loic and his team are a great group of people who are very friendly and easy to deal with, the villa was immaculate itself and was very true to the photos, I would also suggest getting in touch with Loic as he can organise great scooters delivered directly to the Villa which were very handy to see the local sights, Had a great stay looking forward to revisiting!

Een droomverblijf van begin tot eind! Onze tijd in deze prachtige villa was werkelijk onvergetelijk. De villa zelf was ruim, schoon en sfeervol ingericht, met een heerlijk privézwembad waar we elke dag van hebben genoten. Als kers op de taart kregen we er zelfs een motor bij – ideaal om de omgeving te verkennen! Wat dit verblijf echt bijzonder maakte, was de persoonlijke aandacht van onze host, Tanya. Ze was ontzettend vriendelijk, duidelijk in haar communicatie en dacht echt met ons mee. Omdat we met onze baby reisden, had ze zelfs gezorgd voor een teiltje zodat we hem makkelijk konden douchen – zo attent! Dankzij Tanya voelden we ons direct op ons gemak en hebben we volop kunnen genieten van onze vakantie. We komen hier zonder twijfel graag nog eens terug. Absolute aanrader!

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

We absolutely loved our stay here for the last 4 days; only wish we could stay for longer. The host and team were incredibly efficient and helpful from the very beginning, including airport pick up despite our late arrival. The house is large, spacious, clean. The team were never too far away if we needed anything and very helpful and responsive via group chat. We were proactively offered a late check out due to the next guests arriving late which made for a very pleasant last day by the pool. We also enjoyed using the outdoor BBQ/kitchen area with some local fish from the seafood market we took from the hosts’ extensive list of recommendations. We truly just loved this stay. What a dream house villa. Spacious and super luxurious. I strongly recommend renting a scooter to get to the main road and beyond. Its perfectly located to explore the Rawai area. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. You can feel the professionalism.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Mirka & Philippe's place in Choeng Thale. The house was spacious and had a lovely lounge and kitchen area. The pool and outside space was just fantastic and great for spending time relaxing. Its totally possible to walk to Bang Tao beach for a swim or to visit any of the beach clubs, restaurants and bars. If you have small children you are walking along the busy roadside . We ended up getting tuk tuks to take us there and back for a very small amount of THB which resolved the issue. Easy access to Boat Avenue for more food and shopping options. There was some minor construction noise from around the area during our stay but it wasn't too bad. Mirka was very responsive and a great host. We would stay again.

I stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The house was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, peaceful, and very well-maintained. It offered a great sense of calm, which made it the perfect getaway. The host was warm, welcoming, and responsive, making the entire stay smooth and comfortable. Definitely great value for money. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay! Only advice is plan your daily commute in advance, as the place is located at a very steep mountain.

Perfect Stay in Kamala – A Truly Memorable Villa Experience 🌴🌞 We had the most perfect stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom villa with a private pool in Kamala. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa is spotless, beautifully furnished, and extremely well-maintained. Every detail has been thought through, from the fully equipped kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms and super comfortable beds. A huge thank you to Thoi , our wonderful host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to the Property Minding Team – they kept the villa in pristine condition and were professional, and always friendly. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape in Phuket.

The villa was clean, spacious, everything was working, amazing view, responsive and friendly host, and cleaning was done every day by the supervisor. You will need a taxi to go to town, and a taxi will come in 5 to 8 minutes, so all was good. We were 5 guys and we had a blast, hanging out at the pool at night. There was some extra noise from the construction next door, but our host was kind enough to ask them to slow down early in the morning. Breakfast was also very good. We had amazing stay.

One of the best villas we stayed at in Phuket. Villa is PERFECTLY located in bang tao (gated secure area) less than 5 mins from the beach and less than 10 mins from boat avenue in a queit but vibrant area. Grocery stores and other essentials are also close by. The villa itself was spacious and modern and the attention to detail was truly impressive. The whole family enjoyed and had a relaxing stay. Host was very friendly, helpful, and responds almost immediately. He ensured everything we needed during our stay was attended to. Will definetly stay again next time we visit. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here. The hosts were very attentive, we messaged them to organize things like drivers and recommendations all week and they always responded and organized things for us promptly. We felt like we got more than just a place to stay because of how attentive they were. Place was nice and clean and rubbish bags provided. And cleaners came to tidy and replaced towels part way though the week. The view was probably the best part about the place especially on the 4th floor lift (max 2ppl) included which was great so the stairs weren't an issue Everything was thought about from the pool floaties, welcome water, to oil and salt in the kitchen and wine for purchase if you really want to drink. The only thing I will mention is be aware the electricity and water will take a decent portion of your deposit but if you plan for it, it's not really an issue.

Das Haus war blitzsauber, sehr ruhig gelegen und perfekt ausgestattet – von Shampoo, hochwertigem Toilettenpapier, Spielen für die Kinder bis zur vollausgestatteten Küche war alles da. Sogar eine Luftmatratze für den Pool! May ist unglaublich nett, immer hilfsbereit und sorgt mit viel Herz dafür, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Ideal für Familien – wir haben uns gleich Roller gemietet und konnten so alles flexibel erkunden. Ganz klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

What an amazing place. Lived sitting up on the roof porch to watch the sunrise every morning. Will definitely be back!
