In the old town centre of Arezzo, next to Casa Vasari, rises up the sixteenth century building, owned in the past by the Ubertini family. A few steps away from all the attractions of the city, the old kitchens of the building have been transformed into an elegant and comfortable guesthouse, rich in charm in every detail. The interior design is well-finished and, making every detail stand out, is finely furnished with traditional carpets and antique pieces. Locanda Bellavita is an apartment for up to 7 people, on the ground floor with an independent entrance. The apartment is entirely exclusive for you for the period reserved and is provided with every comfort. The kitchen is professionally equipped. The towels and bed linen will be changed every 4 days. To prepare breakfast, there is an area with coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. *The rooms will be naturally chilled thanks to the thick stone walls, so you won’t need any air conditioning.

The Abbacio apartment is part of an old farmhouse that has been restored respecting the original structure and style. Its location is just on the top of the hill, facing the valley. Surronded by vineyards and olive trees, but also attached to the village. From the house you can easily reach by feet wineries, farms and restaurants. Panzano is halfway between Florence and Siena, easily reached with car. By bus there is a good service from and to Florence, not from and to Siena. A very quiet spot!

La Badia: the unconventional green Tuscany

La Badia loft is an authentic tuscan house surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. It takes the name from the adjacent old church "Badia di Sant'Andrea" which dates back to the 10th century and has been in my family for two generations. Each details and piece of forniture has been choosen by my wife Barbara and me to create a warm comfortable and unique place to stay. Nestled at the foot of the Pratomagno mountain you can choose among lots of activities to do or simply relax.

Al primo piano: bagno con doccia e camera da letto (matrimoniale) con climatizzatore.
