This home is located on a 2.5 acre lot in Anchorage countryside, in a quiet neighborhood with trees for privacy. Amazing views of mountains and volcanoes. Hiking and skiing trails on site access 40 acres and Rabbit Creek greenbelt. Wildlife is often seen in our yard. Chugach State Park and Golfing are a 10-min drive. Grocery, gas, and restaurants are 3 miles away. This private apartment has a separate entrance (located on owner's property). Includes full kitchen, laundry and all ameneties.

The Water Gypsea

Come enjoy a little piece of Alaska paradise with Bagels on the Lake. Two beds that can be joined or separated . The wash room has a sink, portapotty and camp stove to heat up water. two paddle boards and life jackets. You can fish right off the dock so bring your poles. No Jet skis or motorized vehicles. I have a couple very friendly dogs There is some road noise durning the day but peaceful at night Quiet hrs are from 10-6 you can still enjoy the lake just be mindful of the neighbor’s.🌸

Geode Apartment

I named this unit Geode-it is beautiful on inside and not renovated on the outside, yet. Built in 1949, a decade before Alaska was a state and stayed in the same family for many generations. Our family purchased it in May 2023. We are having fun up-cycling this special home. The funds go right back into renovating our property for future guests. We pour our hearts into our dream of restoring this special place.

Bus 49! Cozy, vintage converted bus!

Converted 1979 Crown school bus! Queen bed. Kitchenette (stove, tea & coffee, fridge, sink), bedroom, dining and living area on board. Basic modern Alaskan shower house with shower and toilet a few steps from the bus (no electricity in shower house). Outside area has fire pit and picnic table. Two children under the age of 12 can stay free on bunk beds with your own bedding - there is a foam pad on the bunks.
