Great apartment, with great location! It is approximately 500 meters from the city's main mall and about 600 meters from a large supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. I really liked the accommodation and I definitely recommend it. The host is very attentive, always available to help and clarify any questions.

The room I had reserved was not yet vacated by the previous user, so they upgraded me to a private room at the same price. I was also able to use the hair dryer and washing machine. It is close to the main street where the bus passes, and there were bakeries nearby, so I think it is a convenient location.

The stay was very good, the apartment is new and has several amenities. The owner was very communicative, quickly replying to any message and always asked if he needed anything. The site is located about one to two blocks from several shops, such as supermarket, laundry and restaurants.

Perfect accommodation. The apt. is great: well located, clean, comfortable, parking space and an exceptional view of the bay. Ideal for hosting a couple and two daughters. Lala is an exceptional host, very attentive and careful. It always served us quickly and allowed early check and late check out. As an example of his kindness, he left the refrigerator served with beer, water, juice, eggs and coffee, among other items, at no cost. I recommend hosting. When I return to Belém, I will certainly stay with Lala.

The impeccable Quarter, outside that Gabriel's family welcomes you as a member of the family, helps you with everything you need 24 hours a day. Wi-Fi top , excellent communication. I recommend it to everyone. Gabriel is a great person, I went to a table tennis championship that took place in the mangueirão, and his apartment is very close. It saved me time , and I didn't even have to ask Uber to get around, I hope to come back soon.

Second time staying at Marcos' house! I'll be back whenever I can. There is only one caveat: both last time and this time, the building's doormen are very confused and we have to do the initial identification every time, even if you leave and enter several times on the same day and it is the same doorman and you have your information that had already been passed by the host. But with a little patience, everything works out. Other than that, everything was perfect!! I recommend it!

Dona Carmen is a sweetheart, she called me the same day to thank me for choosing her and we talked a lot as if we were long-time friends, I felt very welcomed. The apartment is wonderful, super organized, fragrant, clean and has everything we need. The bed is super comfortable, the air conditioning is cold, the shower is good, everything works perfectly. I have been to Belém several times, but I have never found such a nice place and such attentive hosts as Mr. Maxwell and Dona Carmem, they are different. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I am in love with Belém. I loved the city and the food is wonderful. As for the apartment, I loved it and Ernesto gave very clear instructions for check-in and check-out, I loved it. Quiet street, safe building with 24-hour concierge.

It was impeccable! Angela is super nice and welcoming. In addition to the ease of communication, she recommended great restaurants to get to know the wonderful cuisine of Pará. I made a little confusion about the time of arrival and, despite the 100% my mistake, Angela was super understanding and did not hesitate to help me. The apartment is great. Everything is new, clean, organized and well-kept. The location allows you to reach the main points of Belém in less than 20 minutes.

The home was simply perfect! We went as a family, with five people, two children and three adults and we were delighted with the organization, comfort and convenience of the apartment. The condominium is excellent, with a pool that the children loved. We were also lucky enough to have a food fair with several food trucks during the same period of our stay. The location is also very good: close to the Estádio Olímpico Mangueirão, close to two wonderful malls, a 24-hour supermarket and just 10 minutes from the Icoaraci waterfront, which, by the way, is wonderful too! Finally, we would like to extend our sincerest thanks to Ms. Adriana, who was extremely welcoming, super attentive and always responded very quickly to our questions. We intend to come back more often!
