Local exactly as described. Great service by Andréia. The neighborhood where it is located has everything close by. It is a bit far from the center (30 to 40 min) and sights. But everything you need right away is close: pharmacy, market, laundry, etc.) Amazing condominium tbm.

From the beginning before booking, the host Clauber was very attentive and kind. After entering the house we were very pleased with the place, the cleaning, the check in was very practical, we entered without any problems, all the items that were talked about were totally impeccable. Clauber has always been very quick in the answers and has removed all the questions about what we need. Always quiet and cozy

We spent 11 days in the apartment, and we loved the stay, we felt totally at home. Clean, safe environment, wonderful view, in addition to the condominium providing us with a great leisure area, with swimming pool, park. We loved it and would definitely return on another occasion, because in addition to the points I mentioned, it is close to everything we need, such as a supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, shopping… And the host was super helpful!

Luciano was a dear, friendly, recommended what to do in the city and near the apartment and was super receptive. It made the stay light and happy. The apartment is almost in front of a large supermarket and in general it is safe and well located. 10/10.

Excellent apartment, with good infrastructure. You can see the owner's care with the place, since we were provided with an environment with brand new planned furniture, as well as a very clean and functional apartment. The owner complied with everything proposed in the advertisement and was very attentive and helpful. In addition to all these characteristics, the condominium has a doorman, which gave me much more security. The location of the property was also essential, since I had to travel to several points and the Uber was not so expensive.
