Great place to stay! Super short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and coffee. Description in listing was spot on. House is located on a busy street with lots of nightlife on the weekends (as stated in description). We always bring a white noise machine and noise cancelling ear plugs so wasn’t a huge deal for our family. I definitely got a great leg workout in going up and down the stairs haha! But the space was comfy and we spent most of time on the beach anyway! The host was incredibly responsive with any questions and provided detailed instructions. Would definitely book again!

Our family of five just wrapped up a fantastic stay at Anthony’s house and we couldn’t ask for anything more! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how absolutely immaculate the house was - sparkling clean and beautifully maintained. The location is truly unbeatable. We loved being within easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops, yet the street itself was wonderfully quiet. Plus we were just a block from the beach! We had a wonderful time and would definitely com back!

Sean is a great host. The space is very clean. Beds were comfortable. It was easy to get in and out. It has all the amenities. We felt very at home. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here! Thanks to Sean for the excellent communication and a great place to stay.

We originally planned to stay for a month but my house was not ready to move in, so extended for 2 more weeks. Wilson & Leona are great hosts, very friendly and always responsive. Their place is very quiet, clean and safe in a gated community. Great location, walking distance to an Asian plaza nearby, Pizza Hut, KFC and CVS also available in that plaza. On weekends, you can enjoy shopping at a fair market just outside the Nogales high school, which is just located across the street, not mention Mexican BBQ also available there on weekend nights! Last, lots of Chinese food available nearby and 99 Ranch supermarket just 5 mins drive if you love Chinese cuisine!

Very nice and clean space! Exactly like pictures. I definitely recommend this place if you want to be close to tourist attractions like Griffith observatory, hollywood, and universal studios!

My family and I had a great stay and enjoyed the amenities Karen’s place had to offer. The place was very clean and well kept. The location was great for what we wanted to do. We enjoyed the quiet relaxation and the wonderful nature preserve for our morning walks as well the facility’s pool and hot tub. Karen and Lauren we're great hosts...very friendly, responsive, and accommodating.

We had such a great stay. You can’t beat the location with kids. You have the ocean and marina access.

Julia was a great host as she was very accommodating and quick to respond. The place was clean and exactly as it appeared in the photos. Check in process was easy. I also liked that the area was gated as it felt more secure. The location was convenient as it was central to everything. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great house location with amenities and clear instructions for everything (check-in, check-out, use of equipments, etc.) Amazing host who responds promptly and answers all questions. They provided us with welcome snacks as well which was really thoughtful. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend and book again should we come visit the area once more. It was our second time staying with Kye and as expected it was exceptional! Property was as advertised, he is always prompt with his response and willing to give a helping hand. Wally's place was spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen had all the necessary items to cook with. Well stocked. The bathroom had been recently remodeled and was very functional. The bedroom was large and had enough storage with a nice size closet for clothing. Loved the living room as it was also very spacious. There was a nice front patio with tables and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. The location was close to the beach and was located on a quiet street. Wally was very responsive to all our needs. He even let us come earlier than the check in time. Would recommend his place for future stays.

We were in town for a wedding over Memorial Day weekend and had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom and shower were supplied and clean. The full kitchen was perfect for all of our needs. The neighborhood was very safe with nice amenities within a very short walking distance. Sage was very responsive, too! Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jeremy's home. This was an airbnb that we definitely felt exceeded our expectations and looked better than the photos. The beds were comfortable, a c worked very well and the home was very clean upon arrival. The location is the best perk about this home. We timed the walk from the home to the sand was 4 to 5 minutes...1 to 2 minutes being the wait to cross the boulevard. There are so many restaurants within walking distance. jeremy was a good host and very communitive. We appreciate him letting us stay in his home and would love to stay again.

What a great find! She did a great job renovating this property. All the little details were well thought-out and this house was 10x better than staying in a local hotel. Downtown Fullerton is walking distance. We were very happy with our stay!
