The apartment ist really wonderful - more beautiful than the photos show. Nice details, charming and with an amazing little garden. The location is quiet, friendly and you can calm totally down. Sara is welcoming and warm. She is there for everything you need but gives you the privacy you wish. I stayed little bit longer because just didn‘t want to leave. And hope to come back. Unser Urlaub auf dem Il Pino war magisch! Es ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Teresa und ihr Mann Luca sind sehr herzlich, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl, sicher und sehr willkommen gefühlt! Haushund Poldo hat unser Herz gestohlen! Teresa ist jederzeit ansprechbar, sehr hilfsbereit und ihre Insider Tipps sind Gold wert! Das Haus ist blitzsauber, alles was man benötigt ist vor Ort, der Pool ist fantastisch und eine bessere Aussicht als vom Il Pino ist in der Toskana wohl nicht zu finden. Es gab immer frischen Kuchen und frische Eier von Teresas Hühnern. Der Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Erholung und Ruhe sind hier mit typischem Italien-Flair garantiert. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserem Hund dort und wir werden wiederkommen. Die Auffahrt ist zum Schluss kurz etwas steil, aber kein Problem und sehr gut beschildert. Wir haben Teresa und die Unterkunft nur schweren Herzens verlassen. Danke für eine wunderbare Zeit!💞

The house was clean and located in a nice neighborhood. We had a comfortable sleep in a quiet area. Just as shown in the photos, the host was attentive and kind.:)

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und haben vor allem die Terrasse mit dem Grill sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist außerdem ein Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt. Franca war außerdem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit :)

This has to be one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed it. The accommodation was luxurious in an absolutely stunning area of Tuscany. The rolling fields and cypress tree made a spectacular setting for this beautiful house. We had hired a car and this place was a 20 minute drive from Siena. Our only regret was not staying here longer.

Ein Toskanischer Traum. An manchen Tagen musste ich mich kneifen um zu begreifen das ich nicht in einem Film bin. Meine Freundin und ich haben eine wunderbare Zeit in der Region und auch im Haus gehabt. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche war einzigartig und wir haben gerne auch draußen gegrillt. Wir haben es einfach genossen und uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Endlich mal Entspannung und Ruhe, die man nur noch selten erlebt. Vielen Dank für das Vertrauen über dieses wunderbare Stückchen Toskana. Für alle Ruhe suchenden oder Menschen die wirklich erleben wollen was Toskanischer Flair bedeutet ein Pflichtziel. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Incredible property, incredible location, incredible host! If you get the chance to stay here we can't recommend it highly enough - the house, gardens and pool are extremely private, immaculate and sit nestled into a slight hillside looking out over the attached olive grove. You can literally sit with bread and oil from the grove while taking in the views, which are spectacular. Easy travel to Castiglione della Pescaia which is a wonderful little town with beaches, boutiques and bagnos. Ten minutes from Le Mortelle winery, who do a perfect lunch. To top it all off Rita the host is an absolute powerhouse who consistently went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Whether that was almost instantly replacing the BBQ Gas, giving local recommendations, organising high chairs and travel cots, or even finding me a masseur the level of attention to detail and commitment to our needs was amongst the best we've ever had, thank you Rita!

Monica si è impegnata a renderci il soggiorno più bello possibile. Ha persino preso un bellissimo topper per il letto matrimoniale quando l’ho avvisata che avevo un po’ mal di schiena. Andateci perché merita. Sarete come a casa vostra. Non manca davvero niente .
