Excelente estadia! Manuel foi um ótimo anfitrião. O apartamento está em excelente estado e bem conservado.

Endroit accessible, bien que personne ne soit là pour accueillir et qu'on ne sache pas vraiment si on a affaire à du personnel ou à des locataires aux alentours du logement. Quelques mouches quand nous sommes arrivés, mais elles sont parties assez rapidement. Tout est bien rangé, et conforme à la description. Les murs sont un peu fins, mais les instructions stipulent que les résidents doivent être silencieux donc ça compense. Ce n'est techniquement pas à Lisbonne, mais l'endroit est stratégiquement bien placé pour y accéder facilement et possède de nombreux supermarchés aux alentours.

Had such a great stay here, it really felt like home away from home. Having a washing machine was so handy for my trip and LOVED the big bright windows! The apartment was clean, The food at the nearby restaurant odavids was really good! Lots of eateries and cafes all walking distance. There is also a pharmacy, supermarket, butcher shop all nearby and LX factory is just a 10-15 minute walk away ! The building entrance faces the main road so even when I came home late at night it felt safe. And the windows were sound proof so it wasn’t noisy with the cars passing by. The building entrance green gate is a little heavy to push tho but manageable. Would 100% stay here again if I ever came back to Lisbon. 😃

Raul was a great host. He was quick to respond to any needs, he also have a list of recommendations (food, sights, etc) which was very helpful. My brother arrived a day earlier and was able to smoothly communicate with Raul to check in. We also ordered packages and Raul graciously gave us an address we could send them to and he personally delivered them to the Airbnb. The location was peaceful and safe. Market on the first floor was a huge convenience. We were able to buy water and other essentials for the stay. The Airbnb itself was clean and stocked with the basics. The kitchen was stocked with numerous seasonings. There is also parking in an underground garage, be aware it is a little steep and get a little tricky but go slow and you will be fine. we did have an SUV so maybe a smaller car would make it a little easier. Uber and Bolt were easy to use and a reasonable price. If I am in Lisbon again, I would definitely stay here. Raul thank you for your hospitality!

From start to finish, they made our stay unforgettable—not just with their kindness and support, but with the incredible space they’ve created. The apartment itself is in the most perfect location. Just 20 minutes by cab to Lisbon’s city center, but honestly… you might not even want to leave the area! You’re literally right at the beach—with top rated surf schools, bike rentals, beach clubs, beautiful cafés, parks, party spots, and anything else you could want all on the same road. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, everything is right there. And when we had a little hiccup with the key? Our hosts were there in a heartbeat to help us out, no stress at all. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. Every detail, every message, every interaction—top notch. Warm, responsive, and truly genuine. Top notch host. They were very flexible with the check in and out. The place is close to great restaurants near by and great attractions so plenty to do close by. They also checked on you and helped when needed. Apartment is clean, wooden floor is perfect for a clean stay, bath is comfortable and kitchen is very useful with everything available. Very thankful to stay at a great place.

An amazing apartment! Stayed with our 3 month old baby and petter provided baby equipment for us. It was perfect as it was quiet and beautiful surroundings. Near to beach and with a big pool. Petter responded fast and went out of his way to accommodate early check in and late check out! Finally the accommodation is so well finished. Scandinavian style, very eloquent, loads of nice seating areas and the allotment was amazing to pick veg for salads and dinner. 10/10 on all fronts. We will be back!

Je recommande cet appartement pour ceux et celles qui cherchent une auberge dans un très beau quartier pas bruyant. Proche du centre, à 5-6 euros en taxi) L’appartement est conforme à la description. Propre et soigné. Une belle terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur la rivière et le quartier. Nous avons tout apprécié, pas de bémol, donc à recommander.

Foi muito bom ficar lá . Era um espaço moderno e acolhedor. A vista era o que mais prometia e de facto é de tirar o fôlego. Seja de dia , de noite ou de madrugada. A tv proporcionava imensos entretenimentos, havia loiça imensa no caso de se querer fazer uma refeição , e a zona é tranquila. Perfeito para uma escapadinha a 2.

这次欧洲旅行住的最好的民宿！房间比照片上看起来还完美，确实是风景漂亮的阳光房，更因为房东收拾得特别干净，连淋浴头都是干干净净没有水垢的，每个地方都特别干净，房间布置也特别温馨，真的像家一样。窗帘也很遮光，可以把卧室以及卫生间的窗帘都拉上，这样不会影响早上的睡眠。楼下是贝伦特别热闹的街区，有很多小餐馆，小超市，我们晚上天黑了溜达也没有觉得不安全。附近也有麦当劳汉堡王这种快餐店，还有葡式蛋挞的百年老店备，

We had a wonderful stay! The owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was well-equipped with baby essentials, which made traveling with our little one so much easier. We especially loved the private patio—it was a peaceful spot to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for families. Highly recommended!

We spent 5 days at Juan’s apartment. The apartment is perfect for a couple. It’s comfortable, spacious and the balcony is great for breakfast and enjoying an evening glass of wine. There are cafes, bars and supermarkets just around the corner. It’s a 25 min walk to the centre but plenty of buses and trams if you need to avoid the hills! Lisbon is a charming city and Juan’s place is well located to enjoy it.

The apartment was perfect! The only thing we missed was a parasol or some kind of sunshade at the balcony. In the morning it was fine when eating breakfast because of the shadow from the building, but when the sun was burning down in the afternoon it was literaly impossible to sit there. It was super nice to be picked up from the airport by the personal driver Bruno who also told us a lot of things about Lissabon, much appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was lovely, spacious and well equipped. There were great restaurants within walking distance and a super market across the road. We particularly liked the district and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in the historic center of Sintra. It’s a beautiful small town area to be in. The apartment has everything you need. The location is very cool overlooking the main square. We enjoyed watching the town wake up in the mornings. So many restaurants and bakeries just steps from the front door. We had fun with that after coming from the Azores which are very quiet and remote. In the off season of early May, Sintra closes down by 7 pm. There are very few restaurants or shops open once the day tripping tourists leave. We were surprised by that but didn’t mind it as we were tired after our days spent walking around palaces and castles and beautiful gardens. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone as long as they don’t have mobility issues. There are 33 steps to climb once inside the building. Climbing them was worth it for the views of the historic center of Sintra.

nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Lisbonne ! l'appartement de Ricardo, confirme aux photos est très agréable et confortable (jacuzzi) ! Nous n'avons manqué de rien, tout y est, et c'est bien organisé. le garage, pour la moto est un grand plus ! Ricardo a toujours été très réactif à nos questions, c'est très appréciable, même si nous n'avons pas pû le rencontrer ! Merci Ricardo

A perfect stay in Lisboa. The apartment is within the Old town and it is super easy to get into central from it. Paulo was very easy to communicate with and check in was easy. The pictures give an accurate representation of the accommodation and our whole party were very happy with our stay. A great spot to stay in for a trip to the capital!

Great apartment in great location. Lots of space to sit and enjoy the sunshine and people watch. Really good to have a parking space although narrow entrance and exit. Really good sushi restaurant in the complex. We had a lovely stay.
