Holiday rentals with a patio in Ammoudi

This was one of the nicest AirBnB apartments I have rented. What was responsive to questions prior to the trip, arranging taxi service from the airport. Even though our flight was two hours late and we didn't arrive until 10 pm she was there to greet us and show us the apartment. Her restaurant recommendations were outstanding. Finally, the location on the outskirts of Old Town Rethymno could not have been better. I enthusiastically recommend this place!

Fanis was so communicative and helpful! Always answered writhing 10 minutes and had amazing recommendations! Loved it, would def come again!

Magnifique séjour, une vue époustouflante. Des hôtes très accueillant et adorable. Le logement est propre, conforme aux photos. Je recommande cette location ! Le restaurant en bas de la rue Gefsis est EXCELLENT. Je recommande fortement. Un véhicule est nécessaire pour accéder au logement. Une adresse que je garderais !

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich. Wir wurden sogar um 2:00 Uhr nachts noch persönlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Der Pool war richtig toll und was auch toll war: Die Vermieter kümmern sich sehr gut um den Pool. Wir hatten am Tag nach unserer Ankunft heftigen Sahara Regen und überall war roter Staub / Sand. Der Pool war entsprechend auch schmutzig und der Vermieter hat echt den ganzen Tag daran gearbeitet den Pool wieder sauber zu bekommen. So dass wir den Pool auch noch 2x nutzen konnten, bevor wir in den Westen von Kreta weitergezogen sind. Die Wohnung hat gute Fliegengitter, so das keine Insekten in die Wohnung können, außer durch die Wohnungstür. :D Es gab nur einen Nachteil an der Wohnung. Sie ist wirklich hellhörig. Also Geräusche kommen in der Wohnung relativ laut rüber. Wir haben zu viert in der Wohnung geschlafen, das hat schon ein wenig gestört. Ohrenstöpsel waren eine gute Lösung. :D

Die Wohnung war sehr schön mit einem spektakulären Ausblick. Es war alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Und die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und immer erreichbar.

We can find the apartment easily. Parking is just right in front, maybe I didn’t read properly so I didn’t know that there are 2 flights down. We received the information, pictures before the checkin date, they are very precise so we were able to locate the property with no problem. The host helped us take our suitcases down, We really appreciated her help and she also gave us some lemon and veg from her garden. We enjoyed staying at her apartment. Everything we need is there. If you need help the host was just upstairs.

Stavros was fantastic, as was the history of this wonderful place. Rethymno was a beautiful town and we explored everywhere on foot. We decided on walking in the morning and then having a late lunch (each lunch was fantastic) and walking back up the hill to have a light supper on the deck at sunset. Beautiful and thank you so much for the care you put into your house to make it a wonderful experience.

Séjour en famille (2 adultes et deux enfants en bas âge) dans le logement de Kostas. Le lieu est spacieux, fraichement rénové avec tous les équipements nécessaires. (Lit de bébé disponible). Le logement est très calme et propre. La terrasse est très agréable (En avril, il faisait trop frais pour profiter de la piscine). Deux tavernes disponibles sur Apostoli. Nous avons préféré celles de Agia Foteni (Sivritos) et Thronos (Aravanes). Rethymno se trouve à 45 min environs. Nombreuses promenades ou randonnées à proximité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à LotusLand. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir. Très bonne communication avec Kostas qui s’assure su confort de ses hôtes. Le seul point d’amélioration concerne l’accès. La route est en mauvais état et il est difficile de manoeuvrer. Dans la journée, nous nous garions sur la route principale (en contrebas de l’église).

The place is exactly like in the photos and Anna is a great host! We had a great time staying there for our girls trip. The place is 5-7 min by foot to the sea and nearest beach & restaurants. Anna was always very kind and responsive when we needed to reach out to her for any questions. I recommend this place to everyone and will stay there again the next time I’m in Crete.

A lovely peaceful village if you're looking to get away, and the view from the pool area is beautiful. Konstantinos welcomed us on arrival and assured us he was always available if we needed any help or had any questions - and had stocked the fridge with fresh fruit, salad and drinks. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday - Thank you Konstantinos!

Wir können uns den vielen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem schönen Bergdorf – es war ein besonderes Erlebnis. Jeden Morgen haben wir auf der Dachterrasse gefrühstückt und die Ruhe genossen. Anfangs dachten wir, dass uns das Meer fehlen würde, aber das war überhaupt nicht der Fall. Wir sind richtig zur Ruhe gekommen – schon Spaziergänge in der Umgebung haben dafür gereicht. Eigentlich hatten wir vor, mehr zu unternehmen, aber wir haben die entspannte Atmosphäre so sehr genossen, dass wir es ruhig angehen ließen. Trotzdem waren wir mit dem Auto unterwegs und haben einige schöne Ausflüge gemacht, unter anderem an die Küste, wo wir tolle Restaurants entdeckt haben. Ein Urlaub, der uns in sehr guter Erinnerung bleiben wird. Danke Marie und ihre liebe Mutter für alles. Liebe Grüße Simone und Michael

Eine Perle und ein schöner Rückzugsort im Süden von Kreta. Die Villa verfügt über alles was das Herz begehrt, ein wunderschöne Aussicht, Pool und eine moderne Küche, die jedes Herz eines Hobby Kochs höher schlagen lässt. Das morgen und abendliche Bad im Pool mit der Aussicht werde ich vermissen. Da es fast keine Lichtverschmutzung hat, sieht man ein Sternenschauspiel und die Milchstrasse von blossem Auge. Einsame Strände sind mit dem Auto innert 30 Minuten sehr gut erreichen, somit ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert. Muss kein SUV sein. Sam ist jederzeit erreichbar und kommuniziert sehr schnell. Desweiteren steht er oder Lefteris mit Tips und Ratschlägen jederzeit zur Seite. Sam und Anel sind mehr als Super-Hosts und ich kann ihr Villa zu 200% empfehlen.

Dit zeer proper en ultramodern vakantieverblijf overtrof al onze verwachtingen! Zulk hartelijk persoonlijk ontvangst door de eigenaars. Een goed gevulde ijskast bij aankomst, net zoals fruit, koffie en versnaperingen. Prachtig groot privézwembad. Fantastisch luxueus genieten in alle comfort met comfortabele ligzetels en badjassen/-sleffers. Het was perfect voor ons, raden het zeker aan en komen ongetwijfeld snel terug!

This place looked just like the pictures. We loved it so much. The rooftop terrace was amazing. The only caution is that if you stay over on a Wednesday you will have to find other parking which is difficult. The parking lot is closed that day for a flea market. The closest we could find was a 15 minute walk. Also be aware that there is a church right next to it with church bells that ring until 10:00 pm and start at 7 am. That being said, I would definitely stay there again. It was such a nice place.

Our stay at Alexis and Nina's villa was nothing short of extraordinary. It was our third and final stop during two weeks in Crete, and it was the most luxurious and lovely spot (among a group of them) for me and my wife. The villa is set in a small village on a hillside overlooking the sea. It's about 30 minutes into Heraklion, and the village (though by no means a city) has plenty of places to eat and shop. It's also exceptionally quiet and private. The arrangement of the villa is essentially a "compound". There are three separate parts of the villa, each with separate entrances and all immaculately cared for and luxurious. As we were only two people, we used the lower villa (3 bedrooms), but multiple couples or even a large family would be very comfortable here. The villa was perfect, only eclipsed by Alexis and Nina's hospitality and generosity throughout our stay. There were too many examples to cite of their kindness and care, but it made our stay extra special. We'll be back!

וואו! נסענו למסיבת רווקות 4 בנות והיה פשוט מדהים! ג׳ורג׳ עוד הרבה לפני הנסיעה דיבר איתי בווצאפ והיה זמין לכל השאלות שלי. הזמין לנו מונית מהשדה תעופה שהגיעה בדיוק בזמן והכל היה מאוד ברור דרך הווצאפ. גם בכניסה לנכס ג׳ורג׳ קיבל אותנו, לקח מזוודות ( עד לצ׳ק אין) ושמר עליהם בחדר מאובטח. הנכס מהמם ומתאים בדיוק,נעים,נקי,שכונה שקטה וממש ליד כל הכיף - מרחק הליכה של חמש דק בדיוק. קנה לנו קצת דברים לנשנש שחיכו לנו בחדר, היה תמיד זמין לשאלות והמלצות עבורנו ואפילו עשה לי ממש טובה ולקח אותי טרמפ למסאז שהזמין לי מראש באיזור. באמת שהיה פשוט מושלם. ממליצה ממש לכל מי שרוצה לנקות את הראש ולקבל שירות אמין ומקצועי מעל ומעבר.

This is such a great place to stay in AN. Eleftheria met us on arrival and made us feel like family. Their property is pristine and with great lounge, kitchen and dining overlooking the marina. In 5 mins walk you are wherever you want to get to in the local area. There is a sheltered beach within walking distance. A gorgeous town and well appointed place to stay. Absolutely recommend

Wunderschönes großzügiges Apartment mit tollem modernen Design und mit einem einzigartigen Meerblick vom Balkon (Meer nur ca. 20 Meter entfernt). Alles da, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist extrem freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Gegend gibt es viele gute Restaurants alle in Laufnähe. Der kostenlose Parkplatz am Meer war ebenfalls perfekt. Von dort benötigt man lediglich 5 Minuten zum Apartment. Die zwar schöne Bar in der Nähe der Schlafzimmer war immer gut besucht und dementsprechend war es dort schon laut bis in die Nacht. Es ist Geschmacksache, aber die Betten waren uns zu hart. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und immer gemütlich auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt.

Logement très agréable avec son grand balcon. C’est agréable d’être reçu et d’avoir le petit déjeuner à disposition. Très bon emplacement pour pouvoir visiter la plupart des lieux incontournables. Je recommande !

Fabulous attentive host. Light bright spacious apartment with a lift. Generous welcome pack , great walk in shower, large extremely comfortable beds and nice fresh linen. Large Windows and sliding doors onto two terraces , one with the hot tub! Sunset and sea views from both terraces. Close to bars and restaurants with Indigos our favourite just across the road on the beach front. We hired a car from the host and went on an adventure. Definitely the way to see Crete! The mountainous centre is fantastic and you get to discover other great places. Recommend Evita beach Bali which is just 30 mins along the coast. Truly a piece of heaven. Very sad to leave!!! Thank you so much for everything!

Excellent location, very clean and large apartment Comfortable beds, good quality air conditioning that is adjustable in each rooms Provided a travel cot and high chair for our baby which was very helpful Few steps up into the apartment, but then there is a lift to get luggage up Beautiful view, unfortunately the balcony was out of action for our stay as they were replacing the railing with a glass one - this did make it a challenge to dry clothes, but hopefully wont be an issue for others. Kitchen is pretty sparsely equipped, though we didn't need to do much cooking. Would have been good to have some cupboard essentials provided that you don't want to have to buy like condiments, coffee, oil, salt and pepper etc.

I loved my stay, Georgia and her husband are the nicest of hosts and I felt like at home. The location is the best in Heraklion. 10 minutes walk to city center, less to nearby grocery stores and lots of restaurants nearby, several quite posh. I could see the sea from the roof top and the hot tub was excellent. 10/10 experience.

Kleine aber feine Unterkunft! Sehr sauber, alles nötige vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war schnell, einfach und sehr freundlich. :) Der Strand ist wirklich direkt vor der Tür (max. 1 Minuten zu Fuß), die dazu passende Strandbar mit kostenfreien Liegen ist auch direkt vor Ort. 🌊🍹🌞 Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein Staubsauger oder Besen. Nach 9 Tagen gelangen auch bei großer Vorsicht Sand oder Dreck in die Wohnung, es wäre praktisch gewesen, diesen entfernen zu können. Gerne wieder! 🫶🏻
