Beachfront holiday rentals in American Beach

We had a great stay with our two dogs! Great location, walkable to the beach. Erin was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

The view was amazing and the condo was just as described and was very clean.

We had a Wonderful Family vacation with our dogs here! The House was very clean, very close to the beach! The Kitchen very well stocked! Very Private and clean beach. Can't wait to return next year! Owner was also very responsive and helpful. Great great experience! Highly recommend for families and pets!

Nice renovated apartment very close to the beach. Listing was very accurate and Jackson was very proactive making sure I had everything I needed and offered his cell number for any questions and concerns. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay here and will definitely be returning soon! The beach area was not crowded at all and the sand is nice and soft and great for kids. Plenty of restaurants close by and house has everything you need!

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

We had a wonderful stay! This was actually our second time visiting this rental because we loved it so much the first time. Beautiful views, wonderful location, and the hosts are great communicators. The only recommendation I had was to get a new grill because the one there is very weathered and we could hardly cook our food on it because most of the burners weren’t working. This can happen to anything outside in the elements by the ocean though, so I would absolutely return again. Highly recommend this spot!

Clean, comfortable; plenty of options to watch on TV without having to use our own streaming services; quiet neighborhood. Not for anyone who has issues going up and down stairs to the second floor bedrooms and shower. (Not an issue for us, but perhaps a consideration for others.) Daniel was friendly, helpful and quick to respond.

This place was perfect for our week vacation! Very short walk to the beach and very short drive to downtown! Everything was super clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable 😊 will definitely be coming back to stay here again 🏖️💙

Cutie little condo for our girls trip! All the comforts of home & very peaceful surroundings. Very clean- beds & pillows were comfy., kitchen well stocked, lovely little screened in porch to enjoy in the morning. We didn’t walk the neighborhood as the weather was rainy off & on, but everything was an easy 3-10 minute drive away. We really enjoyed our stay here & would love to visit again.

Good location on Amelia Island! The ocean view was spectacular, and the condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. Miller Rentals made everything easy, great communication so we knew what to expect. Reassuring to know if anything came up, Miller Rentals was available--great customer service!

Vitamin Sea is the perfect getaway. The condo is in a great location and is exactly as described. It is spotlessly clean and the view is amazing. Sitting in the recliners on the balcony in the early evening with the sound of the ocean is a highlight at the end of each day. Marissa is a very attentive host and very easy to communicate with. The condo has everything you would ever need. I would highly recommend this spot. We would definitely come back!

Elizabeth's place was just perfect. A few steps away from the beach, Fort Clinch, restaurants. Elizabeth is super responsive and organized and her place has everything you could need and more! Our boys loved the pool and we loved coffee on the patio and the the beach cruisers to ride around the Fort! We will be back!

This property (apt. # 241) was exactly what we were looking for a relaxing week vacation in warmer weather. The sunrises and views of the beach and ocean were beautiful. It was conveniently located wi a easy drive of other parts of the island and an easy walk to restaurants on the Omni campus. It was quiet and we found ourselves quickly falling into a routine of walking the beach every morning.

I think it was a great place to stay. Overpriced for what you get in my opinion. It’s all about location I guess which is nice to be right by the beach.

Jennifer & Bill were great hosts before and during our entire stay in Fernandina Beach. The unit was clean, nicely furnished, well stocked with basic necessities, and has a lovely view as a top floor corner unit of the building. We hope to return again for a future stay. :) Jaime & Ryan E.

Lovely stay at a clean and well appointed condo. Location just steps away from the beach could not be beat! Condo complex was quiet and people very friendly.

Our stay at Benny's Place was nothing short of perfection. It's the kind of pace you never want to leave. The thoughtful amenities made our beach vacation extra special- from the insanely comfortable beds and luxurious showers to the chef's kitchen with sub-zero refrigerator, we were truly spoiled. It felt like a special retreat. The two porches became our favorite spots for family bonding- whether it was the kids searching for their favorite dune animals or sipping morning coffee with a stunning beach view, every moment felt meaningful. Having direct beach access was the cherry on top of an already dreamy stay. Just steps away from pristine shoreline, we enjoyed peaceful early morning sunrises and unforgettable late- night crab searches. Jenna and Ben were incredibly gracious hosts, always quick to respond to any need. We can't recommend Benny's Place enough and rea already looking forward to our next stay!

This is a really wonderful AirBNB. The beach views are just spectacular. It was neat and comfortable and easy to get to shops, restaurants etc. We had a wonderful time and can't recommend this highly enough.

We traveled with our 3 year old and had a wonderful stay. We did not have great weather so we did not get to enjoy the pool (I am not sure if it’s heated), but the walk across to the beach was easy and we went often. The views were also great. The beach was very quiet which we loved. We were wanting a more family friendly beach that wasn’t crowded. It is about 15 minute drive to the downtown area which we went each night, but for the more quiet beach area, we were okay with that.

Kristi’s place was amazing and exactly what I needed for a beach getaway. It even came complete with beach gear which came in handy. Highly recommend!
