Impeccable stay! Beatrice and Thierry are very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The accommodation is cozy and quiet as you would expect from its description and photos. Everything you need is available, with even small, highly appreciable touches. However, beware of people sensitive to light in the morning, the shutters are not blackout. Do it again, without hesitating!

The exchanges with Neus by messages proved to be very fluid and of high quality. The apartment is in perfect condition, very nice and functional. I recommend it.

Excellent location of the studio, close to shops and the beach, very well equipped, very convenient private parking. Benoit and Frédérique are very responsive. Small downside, we were unable to lower the roller shutter which would have allowed us to lower the temperature of the studio without having to use the air conditioning. Great stay.

Great stay in the apartment, you can go there with your eyes closed. The photos are accurate. Very nice host and very good advice. The host wrote it in their listing but I confirm that all parking spaces around the accommodation are paid from Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

When we arrived we had a small problem with the front door with code. The case was not working. A neighbor opened the door for us. The apartment is very nice, superb and quiet view. Well maintained. Beautiful beach with fine sand 100 meters from the apartment. Advantage of a closed and easily accessible garage. Thank you, Véronique, for the little welcome gift. We had a wonderful stay. A small studio that, beyond being cute, is also very practical. You feel at home because the accommodation is very well equipped. Everything you need is already there, which makes the accommodation ready to use, as if you were at home! Honorable mention for the small inner courtyard that makes the living room very soothing. Convenient for a short stay in Perpignan, I'll be happy to come back!

Great stay at Genevieve's place. The apartment is very well located, barely 5 minutes' walk from the pine beach. And only 10 minutes' walk from the waterfront where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. The accommodation has many amenities that make sure you don't miss anything on arrival. The bed is extremely comfortable. No complaints, ideal for enjoying the sea!

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment is in a quiet residence, there is a lot of greenery everywhere, the beach is very beautiful. The property is small but functional, and has everything you need. We'll be happy to go back!

Adria and Sonia were very good hosts and their apartment has the most beautiful ‘picture postcard’ view of Cadaqués town and couldn’t be closer to beaches and other amenities. Perfect spot!

We had a great time in Avignon! The accommodation was impeccable: clean, well-equipped, comfortable and in line with the description.
