Beautiful apartment, safe and pleasant sector, market, pharmacy nearby, a spectacular view

The host Sérgio is very helpful and easy to communicate, he always replied quickly. The apartment was very clean and organized, all prepared with a lot of attention for our reception, provided basic cooking supplies (oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices), as well as cleaning and bathroom supplies. The apartment was very complete, with washing machine, poles, iron and board, air conditioning in all rooms, bed and bath linens for use and a couple more reserve games. The television easily accessed Netflix. The position of the apartment is very good, with a free view of the avenue and also to the pool area and football court, very good for us who went with children, who were able to descend alone and quickly made numerous friendships in the condominium, which is quite safe and has various services, such as a beauty salon and a 24-hour food and beverage store. The vehicle's garage is covered and easy to access. Just compliments, we'd come back easy.

The accommodation is close to the Ponta Negra boardwalk, a great place for walking and strolling. The AP is impeccable, excellent in amenities, super organized and clean. The host is super responsive and available to resolve any eventuality. I particularly loved the yard... My dog loved it! Right in front of the accommodation there is a very good supermarket, with a really nice cafeteria. Anyway, I recommend the accommodation without a doubt.

Great stay! The host left some items (coffee, bread, water) among other items that made it much easier. Respond quickly, passed all necessary guidelines. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures. We liked it a lot and would come back!

Very close to the historic center. We walked to the historic center a few times. Quiet and nice condominium. We forgot an item at the place and Isabela was extremely kind in helping us find a solution.

The apartment is great value for money. It is located in a very good, family-friendly, safe condominium with a gym and swimming pool. It's great for families. In addition, Marcia is very polite and helpful.

The location is great, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Close to Ponta Negra and also to the airport. Everyone at the entrance is kind and helpful, as is Ana🫶. The pool is great, the atmosphere is very pleasant. Very peaceful. We were able to see many Amazonian birds up close, such as toucans and parrots. Fantastic!! June is a rainy month, but that didn't stop us from doing several programs.

The apartment is great, exactly as described in the listing. Because it is on the ground floor, it offers a larger space, which was a differential. The pool, located near the apartment, is excellent. We were greeted with a beautiful fruit basket, a very thoughtful gesture. Nearby, there are restaurants and a Bob's, which made our stay much easier. My family was extremely satisfied, and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend it!

I traveled with my husband and my 6-month-old baby, the house behaved us very well. In addition to being spacious, the condominium is very quiet and has a nice natural water pool. The double bed is very comfortable, we slept very well. Host is also very friendly and helpful. We recommend the hosting and we already miss the place.

Home with a very good structure, view and excellent location, the host always willing and ready to help whenever it was needed, flexibility at check-in, which in my case was very important. When I return to Manaus, I want to stay again! I thank you so much for everything!

My boat came in about a half an hour late and by the time I got to Fernando’s I was pretty sure all restaurants would be closed and I resigned myself to eating some nuts and fruit I had. No need! Fernando had cooked dinner for me! That is the first time that has ever happened. He was a joy to get to know. Need I say more?

We had a great stay, we were in 15 people and the house held everyone with a good time off. We had some minor issues on arrival as one of the toilets had no water, but the owner promptly mobilized to resolve the issue. This may have been one of the best qaulities, as the owner has always been very available to help us in everything we need. If I ever return to Manaus I will be in this wonderful home.
