You will love it!!! Relax with the whole family in this quiet and stylish accommodation overlooking the beautiful Rio Negro. We are 05 minutes from the Airport, 15 minutes from downtown Manaus and 05 minutes from the beach of Ponta Negra, the most noble area of Manaus. There are 02 rooms, parking, full kitchen, wifi, and a wonderful leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area, gym and kids space. The owner owns a speedboat and can be closed private tour directly with him.

This unique place has its own style in harmony with nature in the most preserved region of Lago Verde! Amazonian half-timbered construction. House very airy, with lighting and ventilation. Perfect space for 1 or 2 people with privacy and comfort. Rowing canoe at your disposal. We have a pier in front of the house where you can dive and sunbathe. You will have the experience of seeing some species of monkeys in typical trees such as rubber trees and palm trees around the house.

House on the edge with pool and view of Alter do Chão Beach, with two entrance accesses, since it faces two streets. Super comfortable! Close to the main tourist attractions of the Village (Ilha do Amor, Praia do Cajueiro, Orla de Alter, CAT-Centro de apoio ao Turista, Sairódromo, Posto de Saúde, Igreja, Praça central, Restaurants, Bars, Departure point of motorboats, Catraieiros, etc.) without the need for a car to get around. Best property!
