Justyna is a fantastic host! She gave clear instructions with pictures to find the place and find parking. She gave a detailed list of places to eat, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine when we arrived. She was so prepared that I had no questions concerning what was required of us as guests.

An old and unkempt building, but a nice apartment with everything you need, quiet, clean, and in a safe area. Check-in and finding the apartment went well. Carlos is very accommodating. Thanks for letting us stay at your place.

Very nice apartment with plenty of space and great views. Good kitchen & equipment, garage, small gym etc. The apartment complex is quiet and well kept, neighbors seem to be retired people. Helpful & friendly host, local tips, flexible check-in and out. Very good experience and recommended for people looking for a nice, quality apartment in a peaceful area!

Andrea is a fantastic host. His accommodation is very clean and tidy, and we felt very comfortable there. The balcony offers a spectacular view of the sea: it is a pleasure to sit there in the morning or in the evening to relax. Andrea is very kind and attentive, and throughout the stay she offered us a lot of help and support. I was particularly impressed when, knowing that I wanted to take pictures of the starry sky, he sent me the information on the lunar phases so that I could better plan my photographs. A truly charming detail. I highly recommend this accommodation and I am very grateful for Andrea's kindness.

The apartment was very comfortable and full of details that make the stay more enjoyable. We loved finding those little things that I don't want to buy for a week, but that are really useful and necessary. Everything was immaculately clean, and the tranquility of the place was perfect for rest. The pool area with hammocks was very well cared for, although we don't use it much due to bad weather, but on sunny days it should be ideal. From the apartment you can walk to Los Abrigos, a charming place, and you have nearby beaches such as La Tejita and El Médano, perfect for enjoying the sea. Although there is no parking right in front of the development, we had no problem finding a spot for the car nearby, so it was not an inconvenience. In the surroundings there are several leisure areas, mainly bars and restaurants, which offer many options for dining and a good time. The host was very nice

We are a family of 3 and we consider us very lucky to have found this apartment in Los Cristianos. Everything is in a walking distance, shops, cafes, restaurants and more. Clean, modern and comfortable, perfect apartment for us and the host is superb. First apartment well look for to see if available on our next Los Cristianos trip to Tenerife. 😀

Fabulous apartment in great location with amazing views. In a local area within 5 minutes walk of plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes. Not really a tourist area but the local environment was very friendly and prices of food and drink very reasonable and cheaper than the San Blas area which was only a 20 minute walk away. Bus stops very close and good service. If you want a peaceful holiday with sun on the terrace from mid-morning to sunset and a great welcome from locals then this apartment is ideal.

Beautiful apartment, with an incredible view of the port and the cliffs of Los Gigantes. With a little extra, a very pleasant swimming pool overlooking the sea. Street parking available (complicated on weekends). Los Gigantes is a fairly quiet resort. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Please note that people with reduced mobility will need to go down and up 3 floors. Fluid interaction with the manager. We are delighted with our stay and recommend the apartment. Sandrine and Eric

The apartment had a stunning view, was spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Parking was easy and hassle-free. There was a beautiful beach nearby, which made the location even more perfect. Communication with the host was clear and smooth – he even gave us great restaurant recommendations. We had an amazing and relaxing two weeks here. Don't know where to start with praises - from the view, apartment, location, or great host. Everything was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Judit let us check in earlier as we had an early flight, was always quick to reply, and the check-in instructions are super clear. We enjoyed the pool as well. All in all, we are definitely coming back! :)

This was a great place to stay with very nice views. Close to the swimming pool, restaurant's, golf course and beaches. Also close to the airports and roads to the rest of the island. Nice and clean and very friendly surroundings. Will visit again.

Excellent, it's the best way to describe the apartment and the host. The accommodation is clean and tidy, sheets, towels, toiletries and cleaning products, etc. No noise and cool during the day and night, with comfortable, spacious beds, TV in the rooms and living room, many details that make the stay pleasant, the terrace is great, you can even watch the sunset. During the days I have been there, I have had no problem parking on the same street as the house. The town center is a few minutes away and has supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a pedestrian area, etc. The highway access is convenient for traveling to other parts of the island. The host is a ten from the start, clear directions and always willing to answer and help with any questions. In short, an unbeatable apartment and host, without a doubt a totally recommended place. I was completely satisfied.😁 A wonderful apartment for the area, to relax and discover the south of Tenerife. For the south, also a relatively quiet apartment. The pool, which belongs to the residential complex, is really nice and quiet. With an adjoining restaurant. So you can easily spend the day there. The apartment is well equipped. I didn't miss anything. And communication with Ferenc & Adrienn is really great and easy.😁 Thanks so much.

Very nice apartment in a luxury residence and very well maintained and quiet. Very pleasant environment. My only disappointment is the hot tub I didn't use because of the water quality

Great apartment that is in a good location where there’s a shop right next to the entrance that has all the essentials this saves you going out the way. The apartment is well presented and clean giving you everything you need even a washing machine which was great going home with washed clothes. The host offered great communication even recommendations and gives you complimentary drinks and food which was kind of the host. Loads of restaurants, bars and entertainment (Siam park) near the apartment. The only one problem I had is the door key. Found the door very hard and challenging to open to enter. You have to play with the locks by spinning the they key around which was quite frustrating. But overall very happy guest :))))) Thank you Roberto you was a great host 👏

Beautiful house, exactly what we wanted as we have two small children, very secure and spacious outside area, house was brilliant with everything we needed. Very quiet area with a couple of restaurants close by and supermarket two minute walk. We didn’t realise you couldn’t walk to main areas, so taxi needed to get everywhere, but taxi service good costing between €10-€15 to get to Los Christanos or Las americas. Recommend to hire a car if you don’t want to taxi it everywhere. Highly recommend house.

Great Airbnb, not overlooked, very quiet without noise. Supermarket within walking distance. We had the upper apartment with hot tub, very nice. Small and a little dirty hot tub, the water that does not drain very well and takes 1 hour to fill. The apartment is clean and spacious, well equipped, however we did not appreciate the sheets which are filled with bowls, we would have to change them for new ones because it is very unpleasant to sleep in. The interior apartment lacks decoration it is very very neutral it is a bit of a shame it lacks color. On the other hand, the outside is as in the photos, well maintained, very nice heated pool in the middle of the palm trees! We enjoyed it. Private parking indoors. Easy access by car It is quite far from the must-see places (35min/1h minimum at each departure). I recommend for a couple who want to have a quiet and charming Airbnb. Julian and his father are very smiling and kind!

It was a wonderful holiday. The apartment was beautifully prepared, Mrs. Ivett is a very warm and cheerful person, she showed everything and was always available in case of problems. The apartment has a beautiful view and a jacuzzi. The estate is guarded and has large swimming pools and gyms. From Palm-mar it is close to local more lively towns. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful apartment ❤️

The check in was smooth and the flat very clean Williams was extremely helpful.The view is stunning ,it is a steep walk to the apartment that we didn’t mind but could be tough for some people .I will definateley be returning 😊

Stayed two months at Anna- Maria's villa and had a great time. The villa is exactly as described in the listing- beautiful, peaceful and well located. Communication with the host was always very helpful and responsive. We would not hesitate to stay long-term at the villa again.
