A very nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything you may need for a longer stay. Mainz and Bad Kreuznach are a short trip away by train. Definitely recommend.

we not only wrote it, but also did it: We were there for the 2nd time and it was as perfect for us as the 1st time. Optimal, quiet starting point for numerous activities in the North Palatinate/Hunsrück or Rhine, Moselle, Danube. maybe we can do it 3 more times!

The accommodation was as described, very clean and in a good location. The host was responsive, welcoming, and available for any questions I had. I recommend it without hesitating and will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises!

I felt very comfortable and was personally welcomed by the hosts Manu and Stefan (and one of the two sweet dogs). You have everything you need there, the view is a dream and the room is furnished in high quality. Even I, as a non-technical genius, got along super well with all the technical details :) I recommend a sleep mask for those who don't want to be woken up by the sun in the summer and want to sleep in, but for me that was the best thing :) In advance, you got great tips for restaurants and also on request an address for renting ebikes. I felt very comfortable and can only recommend it :)

Very nice apartment with great views. Balcony invites you to relax. You can enjoy the sauna with a great view. The apartment is quite fully equipped. A village shop is within walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

We felt right at home in the apartment. We were greeted very kindly and slept very well. The bed is super comfortable and the location to the rear is very quiet. We lacked nothing and we would come back anytime 🥰

The accommodation is perfect for relaxing in the vineyards overlooking the Rhine. Super clean, cozy, impeccable communication with the host and everything you need is available. We can definitely recommend staying there!

Lovely place to stay. Plenty of room for groups. The host was helpful with how to find and access the accommodation.

We stayed as a group of 4 adults and 4 kids (2 teens and 2 toddles). The house was spacious and had a huge living room. The view from the living room windows was amazing! Box with toy was available for kids, which was also very much appreciated. House is well equipped and we didn't miss anything. If you are into day trips, within 30 min to 1 h distance you can reach various places/ activities: 2 large technical museums, amusement park, aquaparks, Frankfurt... Perfect location to anchor for day trips! We didn't meet Cora in person, but the communications we had with her via chat felt as we would have been. We were also warmely welcomed by sweet welcome present. It was appreciated by all of us. We felt like at home, thank you, Cora!

Very nice and convenient place for a comfortable stay in Mainz. Excellent instructions and communication throughout.

We were in Kindenheim with our dog for a dog show and made it a short vacation. We were delighted with the Probsthof, the Kemenate, the surroundings and especially with Andrea and Siegfried, our hosts. We didn't expect so much cordiality and commitment. The days flew by and we had far too little time to see everything worth seeing. We will definitely have to come back :) Thank you for this great time and good luck for the upcoming projects. We had a wonderful weekend in Sandra and Markus' apartment. Both welcomed us warmly and had many valuable tips for our stay. The apartment is spacious, bright, offers a view of the garden, offers retreat options with the two bedrooms and has its own entrance. We were able to eat wonderfully in the garden, explore the beautiful landscape on walks and taste delicious wines. We would come back back!! Many thanks to Sandra and Markus for the warm hospitality!

Great apartment with beautiful Balcony, friendly, helpful hosts who were on hand with many tips and were super accessible. There were toys, fresh flowers, lots of spices and oils and wines from a regional winemaker (already cooled in the refrigerator). All in all, really great and also a beautiful area with many excursion possibilities and good gastronomy. Thank you for your effort, we enjoyed it very much and will be happy to come back :)

There were two of us (father + child) in the apartment and we felt like we were guests at Udo's. Everything was tip-top furnished, clean and cozy. Even breakfast is a highlight (highly recommended!). We were allowed to feed the alpacas and take selfies on the very first morning. Udo explained a lot to us about alpacas. The outdoor area with sauna and whirlpool in the conservatory are also great. From here, many exciting excursion destinations can be reached, the Hahnenbachtal right next door, Idar-Oberstein with its mineral museums and tunnels only half an hour away by car. Short distances to the forest, but you also have some meters of altitude to climb and descend. In any case, a double thumbs up 👍

Verena and Marc were absolutely wonderful. They were always available to help with anything I needed and truly made me feel at home. The place was comfortable, welcoming, and very well taken care of. If I ever return to Mainz, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

I’d rate it 4.5* but rounding up to 5: very clean, pleasant apartment in a green, peaceful area. I had a lovely morning run and we enjoyed breakfast with a great view from the balcony thanks to the good weather. Two minor points: The beds were very good, but the blankets were oddly short—even my 155cm GF found them small—and the shower was only lukewarm a few times. Communication was mixed: we locked ourselves out once 😖 but it was resolved within 10 min, which was great. However, we didn’t read the hot tub instructions beforehand (our fault), and when I messaged via the app to check if we could still use it, we got no reply. We did receive apologies afterwards—they weren’t notified of the messages, apparently. Overall, still a great stay!

The hosts are super likeable! Communication was excellent and smooth. The apartment is upscale, modern, cozy and furnished with a lot of love. You don't lack anything, you feel right at home. Just arrive, store his belongings in the cabinets or in their desired places, some food in the fridge and feel right at home. The highlight for connoisseurs is the bathroom with spacious jacuzzi bathtub and the sauna located in the bathroom. When you get up in the morning you can hear the birds chirping and you are very close to the outskirts, where you can walk a few minutes on foot in the Ferlder. Beautiful rape fields with the Frankufurter skyline in the distance. The good infrastructure allows you to swarm out in the Taunus in a few minutes to immerse yourself in various forests, hiking trails, etc. I'd love to come back, you can switch off nicely and it feels like a vacation in.

Delightful location with ideal garden for kids and dog. Fantastic jacuzzi and forest for adventure. Kitchen with everything on and off. We were there with a lot of heat, yet the apartment was wonderfully cool.

Very nice contact, friendly and helpful with check-in, nice clean well maintained apartment, we felt very comfortable, I can definitely recommend it!

The stay was very pleasant and as described in the advertisement. Everything was clean and freshly washed. Unfortunately, there was no shampoo and shower gel, as stated in the ad, but it doesn't detract from it. The tub was a dream and the location and surroundings are definitely worth the trip. Viorica was always available and friendly.
