Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Alvor

Probably the loveliest and cutest holiday rental I have stayed in - actually wished we could have spend more down time in the flat, but there is just a lot to do in Algarve! Everything looks just like in the pictures and Carlos and Eileen have thought of everything guests might need. The highlight is definitely the green garden with the outdoor bathtub. The kitchen is also really well equipped. Carlos and Eileen provided an incredibly detailed virtual guide, which included instructions on how everything works in the flat (including video instructions on how to operate the coffee machine, blinds, etc), as well as loads of great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The bed is up below the ceiling, so it does get a little bit hotter there than in the rest of the flat, but with the aircon (which worked well and pretty quietly) it's totally fine.

Isabel is an extremely warm and welcoming host—she gave great recommendations and was so friendly!! The location is great and the backyard pool is amazing!!!

We spent 5 nights in Mariana's cottage and felt very comfortable there. A small oasis of tranquility. We were able to make good use of the outdoor lighting, especially the pool. There were enough different areas. The private terrace on the first floor was wonderful and private. We only used the kitchen for breakfast, as there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We would come back.

Carmo's place was in a superb location in Lagos -walking distance to everything. you will not be dissapointed as teh images of the property do not lie- its exactly as it looks. Communication was great, if we came back to Lagos we would stay again for sure. Thanks, Lloyd

We spent 8 wonderful days in the villa "Casa vista do mar" - a real paradise. You immediately feel comfortable, surrounded by pure nature with breathtaking views. The vacation home is well equipped, nothing is missing. Thanks to Tobias' directions, the journey from Faro airport was easy. Andrea was at our side on site and provided us directly with information about restaurants, shopping and excursion destinations. We were able to unwind wonderfully and recharge our batteries. The tranquility, the view and the loving care made our stay unforgettable. We recommend this holiday home without reservation and already know: We will come back! Our stay at Casa Bombarda was the highlight of our trip—both the unit and Lagos completely exceeded our expectations. The home is absolutely beautiful, with three stunning outdoor spaces, including a rooftop patio where we enjoyed ocean views and unforgettable sunsets. Luis was a fantastic host—great with communication, full of helpful recommendations, and always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and cleaning, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location is ideal: a short walk to the heart of old town and close to amazing restaurants, shops, and beaches. Casa Bombarda went well above and beyond what we hoped for. We’ll always remember our time here and will be recommending it to everyone we know!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mónica and Carlo’s place! We were so close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. There was so much to do within a few minutes walk. The house was even better than the pictures and Monica and Carlo’s reached out throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, great house and hosts. Would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Alvor! The location was great, view of the ocean was beautiful, and apartment was super clean and comfortable. Communications from the host were clear and helpful.

Its the second time we have stayed at this apartment, and its just as amazing as the first time we were there. Incredibly location and there is nothing like waking up to the sound of waves every morning. Would love to be back a third time in the future

We had a lovely stay at Angela's apartment in Alvor and couldn't recommend it highly enough! The apartment itself was perfect – clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped,with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Its location was also ideal, making it easy to access everything Alvor has to offer. Angela was also a wonderful host and always at hand with any questions. I look forward to visiting your apartment again.

We had the most amazing week in Etelvina’s apartment! Everything was exactly as described and the views were stunning! Yes there is some construction work happening across from the apartment but appears most of the construction is completed and it didn’t impact the stunning view or caused any noise disturbance. We had the best nights sleep in a really cool, calm and quiet bedroom and it’s great to have the option of either the fan or air conditioning (not they we used the AC once as the room is lovely and cool). The mattress is also great quality and the bed is huge! We had a wonderful stay and fabulous beaches and restaurants a moments stroll from the entrance. If you’re looking a more fast paced evening experience loads and bars 10 minutes down the road. We will definitely be back!

An absolutely beautiful place to say, super clean, with comfortable bed , great swimming pool and a ton of little add ons like beach umbrellas were available etc . Both Oliver and Nina were so friendly and accommodating. It’s a truly peaceful place to stay in that gives you very relaxing atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back next year. Casa Kiki is in a great place to reach the beach which is a 10 minute walk and their is also on- site pool area with Alvor being a 5 minute taxi ride away where there are many bars, restaurants and shops. There is also a pizzeria and a small supermarket only 2 minutes from Casa Kiki. The living space and outside area are more than adequate for 4 people. Nora is an excellent host and responds to messages very quickly as well as doing all she can to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

My best friend and I stayed here for four days and really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were friendly and responsive. The place is cuter than the photos. It was a large space and had plenty of room for us to fully unpack and use closet space. It was quiet at night and the window shutters were amazing to keep the bedroom dark. We were a very close walk to the fun town and also the boardwalk/beach. We never had an issue finding free parking on the street. We would stay here again. :)

William was hands down the best host we’ve ever had. He prepared the most thoughtful and warm reception we’ve ever experienced - truly above and beyond. The apartment itself was absolutely incredible: spotless, beautifully designed, and in a perfect location. I honestly can’t recommend it enough. If you’re coming to Lagos, this is the place to stay.

Fabulous location! Beach, amazing boardwalk, and town very near, just lots of stairs! But that is beautiful Portugal! Views from porch were fantastic; everything you needed was in the kitchen and it was a very welcoming place. We didn’t use the pool, but it is a good size and well maintained. Master shower is a bit tight, but a big beautiful bath is 5 steps away, so really no big deal. I would definitely book here again if the opportunity arises!

Throughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in Colette’s spacious apartment. It was clean, well equipment and comfortable. Alto club had fantastic facilities and grounds are well kept. Colette is a great host, very helpful and informative. 100% recommend and I would love to return in the future. Ciara.

Delighted: location & pool and view from the balcony (very private). Bolt from train / town €3-5. Apartment is basic, outdoor furniture looks new. Marcos & Elaine take pride & care of the apartment . Elaine baked Pastel de Nata, truly the best I’ve had to date in Portugal. The only frustration, advertising a coffee maker, and not say it requires “special sized coffee pods” or where to get them. I specifically asked at check in about the pods, Marcos agreed they were there, neither one of us looked in the box. An hour later, noticed only a few pods & I messaged Marco showing him a photo & he said that was all they provide for the Welcome Gift, no advice of “how or where” to get more pods. This is very disappointing, advertisement with photo of a proper coffee maker for the duration of paid stay yet guest can’t use the coffee maker the entire stay. Also saying that there is “Instant” coffee provided is not acceptable. Restaurant downstairs has real coffee, felt like being at a hotel.

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ana’s place. The location is perfect! Beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores are all just minutes away by foot. It’s also centrally located within the Algarve region, so if you have a rental car, you can plan on all kinds of amazing things to do and places to see. Her place also has some extras that made our stay perfect…a water cooler for refilling water bottles, a washing machine and a separate dryer, a soft-sided cooler with ice packs, beach towels, and a view of the ocean! Ana is an excellent host! She answered any and all questions quickly. We can’t wait to go back in the future!

It was a charming accommodation. It was big for two people and we felt comfortable right away. Communication was easy. All in all, we were very please.

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! The place was super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for an amazing stay, Rosa!

We had a great stay as a family for over a week. The apartment is lovely & bright, very clean & well equipped, with good aircon and a balcony overlooking the pool. The complex itself is modern, safe and has a really good sized pool area. Location was brilliant, a short walk to the supermarket, beach / boardwalk and town centre - everything you'd need! Lovely welcome & communication from host.
