The house belongs to the older courtyard with two residences where one unit is occupied by the landlord. Practical house with good floor plan. Toilet, kitchen, dining room and living room on the 1st floor. Four bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor. 3 pcs TV and internet. Access to a grease stand for skiing during winter stays. Plenty of parking space. In addition, access to cozy seats upon agreement.

Cozy family cottage

The cottage is 700 metres above sea level and was built in 1977, but has been renovated several times. It has a year-round road and is in the immediate vicinity of driven ski slopes towards Tronfjell or to Tynset city center. The cabin is located at the heart of a cabin area, with no visibility and in the immediate vicinity of the mountain, pristine forest, open expanses and several small lakes. It is ideal for bike, skiing and berry trips. In addition, the city's official swimming area is just a kilometer away with beach, barbecue and volleyball court.

Cottage in popular ski/tour area

Here you can bring the whole family for a cozy cabin holiday. Endless ski slopes, hiking trails and bike paths just outside the door. You will also find good opportunities to take a dip in several mountain lakes within walking/biking distance. The cabin is located on a shelf in the terrain so the view is for miles and the sunrise is even more amazing. Midsummer so the sun goes down around 11 pm and back up at 5 am. There is also access to two dog farms so that the best friend can follow along on the trip and have a good stay.

The cabin is located in a tuna, warm and quiet in the woods along a detour, 5 min from rv 3. Free parking in the yard in summer and winter. This child-friendly yard is suitable both as a holiday destination or as a small stop on the way. If you plan to spend a few nights in Alvdal, there are many nice hiking trails in the area, and ski trails in the winter.

In the summer there is a nice sandy beach with possibilities for swimming, if there is bad weather the spa and pool department at Savalen high mountain hotel can be used. Here you can also have a better dinner, or buy an ice cream. Nice alpine slope five minutes by car. Horse center nearby with opportunities for riding lessons and canoeing.

If you do not need as many sleeping places, you can rent one of the other cabins in the yard, Jonsbu or Andersbua, at a more affordable price. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful with the forest close by. Glomma flows quietly past.

Rural, yet an excellent base for exploring nature, activities, sights and attractions in the area and around.

Approximately 10 km to the nearest city center, with grocery stores, etc. Cleaning fee of 300 kr covers only the preparation of the rental unit and not the final cleaning.
