The rooms are a separate unit in the basement with daylight; the train station is 3 minutes away, the Elbe and Reeperbahn are within walking distance, the city center is 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

Our listed Art Nouveau house is located in Hamburg's Elbe suburbs, very quiet and amidst greenery, about 20 minutes from the city, close to public transport and shops. There are many restaurants nearby, green areas, parks etc. No infants (under 6 years old). Dogs (max. 2) are welcome at a cost of €12 per dog/night.

The apartment is located in a quiet location surrounded by a forest park and north of pastureland with horse studs. In a 30-minute walk south through a forest you reach the banks of the Elbe (Falkenstein). My accommodation is well suited for solo travelers and business travelers. (I only rent to individuals.)
