This new house has an artistic, minimalist architecture with a soothing, calming atmosphere. We appreciated the lack of superfluous items or kitschy decorations. The house is surrounded by a beautiful landscape. The view was fantastic, no TV needed. The cozy sleeping places were high quality and had large duvets. There was a lot of peace, although the only neighboring house was sometimes being built. Since it was light in the morning in May, one of us had too few options for darkening. The host really cares about his guests, he was always proactive, very helpful and responsive. We traveled without a car and for the last kilometers it worked well with the call bus (phone or app). The on-call bus has certain operating times and a time lead. Under certain conditions, some trips are even free (taxis are horrendously expensive).

Susanna gladly welcomed us and she was very friendly and helpful. The apartman was well-equipped, spacious and perfectly clean. The good location made it easy to reach hiking destinations in a short time by car, and also the lovely old town was a good walk from the apartman, where we enjoyed delicious dinners. We would happily return any time in the future, absolutely recommended! Just like on the pictures.

We stayed with Michael and play companion dog Rosa for 9 days in April 2025. We really can't say anything bad. Michael is a very friendly host and also asks about the wishes of the guests. Our child and dog were also very welcome. The old villa is very quiet and surrounded by nature and the beautiful Vienna Woods. You could already feel the summer freshness in the Vienna Woods, as we also had very nice weather:-). We thank you for a great holiday and stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The apartment was lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The beds were super comfortable - we slept really well. Parking directly in front of the house was completely uncomplicated. We would like to highlight the nice and smooth contact with Andreas - fast, friendly and helpful. The only minor criticism: The apartment was quite warm – a little cooler would have been ideal. Nevertheless, absolutely recommended - happy to come back.

Unfortunately, we were only there for 1 night on our Danube bike tour. The apartment is super nice, large, modern and very clean. You could very well stay here for a long time. It even has a bike storage. You can't hear anything from the train station, the house is generally very quiet. There is a Billa in the immediate vicinity and a bakery is within walking distance of the train station. It is a maximum of 5 minutes by bike to the center. The communication with Jonny was also great, he is very nice and friendly and always answered immediately. We felt comfortable all around and can recommend the apartment 100% :-)

Absolute top apartment in the best location! Communication was flawless and quick. I immediately felt at home. The apartment is super tidy, chicly furnished and like from the catalog. Thanks for the wonderful stay. I'd love to come back.

Julia and her family are simply amazing ! Super Friendly and kind. We felt right at home, and very welcome. The area is gorgeous, lots of nature and fresh air. My son got to spend some time in their farm visiting the cows and the chickens. the highlight of our stay was to get a taste of fresh milk and eggs. We simply loved it!

Thank you Alesia for the opportunity to spend a wonderful time! A great, quiet place to relax. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Alesia was polite, answered questions quickly and helped with advice. The house has basic accessories and appliances. It is not a fully equipped house. However, it is perfect for spending a few nights here. It is about a 20-30 minute walk to the train station or a shop. Trains to Vienna run quite often. Sometimes there are cancellations, but in any case, it is possible to get there.
