The stylish apartment is located in an elaborately renovated quarry-stone house with 4 residential units in the center of Borchen. The house was built in the shadow of the historic fortified church surrounded by streams. The residential building is centrally located and therefore a good starting point for activities! The apartment is located on the ground floor with access to the garden. The approximately 40 sqm apartment has two rooms, as well as a shower room. The apartment can be darkened using electric shutters.

Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located in the high paterre of an old building and is about 50 sqm in size. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy seating area. The bedroom has a 160x200 large double bed. In the living room there is also a 90x190 bed next to the sofa. There are some cozy seating areas in the courtyard. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. There is a parking space for your car in the yard.

The apartment (approx. 75 square meters) is located on the 1st floor of a detached house (residential area "Auf der Lieth" = near the outskirts of Paderborn on the edge of a nature reserve) and is very quiet. It is 3.7 km to the city center and about 2.3 km to the university (approx. 30 min.) walk. We provide our guests with hand and surface disinfectants for their stay. The bus stop for lines 6 and 9 is 5 minutes = 180 m away. More details under Transportation.

Our holiday apartment is located in the attic of our bungalow. It consists of a room with a living area, a sleeping area and a kitchenette. There is also a bathroom. (One-room apartment) You can reach it through the main entrance door of our house via the common hallway and the stairs up to our gallery. Only our guests live on the upper floor, it is also lockable with a separate key. The house is situated in a quiet residential area.

Welcome to beautiful Detmold! Our apartment is super central - right on the market square. So restaurants, shops, stores, snacks, hairdressers or pubs are right outside the front door. The numerous sights of the region are wonderfully accessible by bus. Buses run 3 minutes away. A cheap parking space is 5 minutes by walk. The apartment is on the second floor of one of the oldest buildings in Detmold, with cozy old building charm.

Enjoy your stay in our quiet, modernly furnished apartment for 1-4 persons. The apartment is close to the Westfalen-Therme and the Dedinger Heide Lakes. A bus stop with connections to downtown or to Paderborn is only a 4 minute walk away. Apartment offers the perfect retreat with one bedroom, living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is a tourist tax of €2.80 per day/per person, which is paid in cash on site.

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.
