Amazing place with a pool and hot tub right on the beach! Perfect location (must have a car) to drive to Cefalu for a day trip. I could have stayed here for longer. There was a grill we used to make dinner. House was in great condition just as pictured. Highly recommend.

Wow! Where to begin with this place. It was such a wonderful stay in a beautifully quaint location, close enough to essential amenities but far enough from hustle and bustle for a truly relaxing holiday away. Stefano was beyond the most helpful airbnb host we’ve experienced! Met us in town to take us to the place, offered fruit, veg and herbs from his home-grown garden and even helped us take our cases back to our car which we decided to park a little further away due to the very steep narrow hill to get to the location. Nothing that bothered us at all though, it was amazing and worth every penny!

A tranquil oasis of a place set in beautiful gardens, a fantastic pool and with very welcoming and generous hosts. We, a family of 4, spent 5 nights here in July and had a wonderful time. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance but having a car in the July heat made everything a good bit more comfortable. Highly recommend.

Ett väldigt vackert hus med helt otrolig utsikt uppe i bergen. Uteplatsen och poolen är pricken över i. Cinisi är en underbar stad med både god mat och trevligt folk. Tänk på att det behövs bil då huset ligger en bit från staden. Superfint att vandra uppåt i bergen också. Rekommenderar varmt!

Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, er ist sehr fürsorglich und hat uns super bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einer Traumhaften Lage, auf jeder Ebene mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Highlight ist der Private Zugang zum Meer. Der Pool bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Parkplätze sind im Grundstück vorhanden. Wir hatten einen VW Bus, ein Motorrad und ein kleines Mietauto dabei. (und Mountainbikes) Die nähe zum Flughafen war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir mit der ganzen Familie dort waren und unsere Kinder zu verschiedenen Zeiten angereist sind. Ein eigenes Auto ist notwendig um Mobil zu sein. Für uns war es perfekt weil wir ca. 50 min ins Kletterparadies San Vito del Capo benötigten und auch mal nach Palermo fahren konnten. Die Entfernung zu den schönsten Orten in West Sizilien sind mit <1Std. zu erreichen. das Wohngebiet ist sehr Ruhig und gepflegt und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Danke an Roberto

Esperienza di soggiorno che rasenta la perfezione. Gli host Caterina e Francesco, super disponibili, cordiali e reattivi, hanno trasmesso in Casa Zahar la propria passione per il bello, omaggiando il territorio e realizzando una struttura che è più di un semplice alloggio, grazie agli spazi esterni che circondano la villetta, dal patio al barbecue, dal pool bar attorno alla piscina all'orto e al piccolo, meraviglioso uliveto. Pulizia impeccabile, zona living con cucina di pregevole fattura super accessoriata, bagno di dimensioni generose, due camere da letto minimali ma elegantemente arredate. Molto utile la zona lavanderia, elettrodomestici recentissimi. Circondata dalla quiete della campagna alle spalle di Castellammare, Casa Zahar è in posizione ideale per partire alla scoperta della Sicilia Occidentale: Scopello e Riserva dello Zingaro, San Vito Lo Capo, Erice e Trapani, ma anche Segesta e Selinunte, o Gibellina e la Valle del Belice. Consigliatissima!

Beautiful home and lovely hosts. I would note that other guests should be aware that this is not a convenient location to get to the main city, like Palermo etc. It is close to Caccamo. We would return again to enjoy complete and utter solitude. The grounds are gorgeous.

100/10 the house was so beautiful and looked just like the photos. The pool was clean and amazing with rafts and a diving board. Air conditioning inside the house, beautiful garden and lots of outside space to sit and enjoy. Emanuele was super responsive and helpful every time we needed anything. His father and mother met us at the house for check in and were super lovely!! They set up a surprise of snacks and treats and made us feel like family. They also gave us some local recommendations and had waters and coffee at the house. Everything you need is right at the house and the grocery store is 5 minute drive away.

Vincenza si è dimostrata da subito cordiale e accogliente. E’ stato facile instaurare sin da subito un rapporto di empatia e collaborazione. La casa è splendida e ti fa vivere l’esperienza di una casa a pochi passi dal mare. Ci si sente a casa e allo stesso tempo in vacanza. Semplicemente meraviglioso. Se dovessimo tornare a Scopello, e ci torneremo, Vincenza sarà il nostro punto di riferimento.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully maintained Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. One thing to note: the property is located next to an event center, which means you might hear music and festivities, especially on weekends or during special events. We unfortunately heard 4 nights of loud music. While even having the shades and windows closed, we still needed noise canceling airpods to still drown out the sound. We also had the upstairs bedroom and the downstairs bedrooms did not hear the music. It might be something to consider if you're looking for total quiet. Overall, we loved the vibrant location and the convenience of being close to local attractions. If you're looking for a clean, cozy, and well-located place with flare!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! We got a super warm welcome with some local sweets, which was such a nice surprise. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The hosts were great – always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The location is just few minutes off the main road between Palermo and Cefalù, so it’s a perfect spot for exploring the northern part of Sicily. Despite the road being close, it was very quiet in the apartment. One thing we loved was how cool the apartment stayed – even though it was really hot outside, we didn’t need to use the AC at all thanks to the curtains keeping the heat out. The bedroom stays pretty dark throughout the day because the window doesn’t let in much light. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

This was by far one of my favorite places i have stayed! The home itself was so much better than the photos but even more was the unbelievable hospitality that we experienced from Maria Francesca and Gaetano. BRAVO to these hosts!! Even though we arrived late they met us and welcomed us in, explaining everything. They came to say goodbye also and were only message away for whatever need we had. If you are ever in Palermo this place is a MUST!! THANK YOU

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Danielas Unterkunft in Termini Imerese. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet – besonders angenehm fanden wir die Klimaanlage, die an warmen Tagen für Abkühlung sorgte. Ein echtes Highlight war die schöne Terrasse, auf der wir gerne entspannten, und der wunderbare Meerblick direkt vom Schlafzimmer aus. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal: ruhig, charmant und perfekt, um sowohl die Umgebung zu erkunden als auch einfach mal zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Gegend hat uns wirklich begeistert – authentisch, freundlich und nicht überlaufen. Daniela war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – danke, Daniela, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! (:

Jennifer and Kim were proactive before our arrival, giving us clear directions on where we could meet, then guiding us to parking and helping us with our luggage to the apartment (this is a hillside ancient town, lots of narrow alleys and a multitude of stairs). They kept in contact though-out our visit, even picking up recyclables and trash when needed. The apartment had most essentials in stock that we were free to use. The spacious downstairs bedroom with its own bath & a desk gave us parents privacy from the adult children,, and both bedrooms had balconies with hillside views. The terrace on the roof had a large sitting area and a separate table with a cloth sunscreen overhead, which proved to be a wonderful place to hang out in both morning and evening. Jennifer arranged for a chef and his mate to provide a home cooked meal with wine, served on the rooftop, a highlight of our stay. If you want to stay out of the way near Palermo, this is definitely a place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. We were a group of 7 ladies and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The surroundings are generally nice, although some parts of the nearby public beach were a bit dirty — nothing to do with the villa owners, of course. What we really loved was the terrace — during the day, when it’s incredibly hot, the terrace stays mostly in the shade, which makes it the perfect spot to relax and hang out. Being out in the sun was just impossible, so the shaded space was a lifesaver! The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive — they replied to any questions within a minute. The only downside was the number of mosquitoes, so it would have been great to get a heads-up about that. I’d recommend bringing some repellent spray. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing stay. We had an incredibly great time. Guiseppe is a great host. He helped us find a car park, gave us tips for the area and when we asked him where we could buy olive oil for cooking because we had forgotten to bring some with us, he was at the door 2 minutes later with oil for us. The view is fantastic and we felt very comfortable. We would come back at any time and highly recommend this accommodation.

Le logement était parfait, tout comme l’hôte! Je le recommande à tout le monde. La ville est vivante et peu touristique, ce qui permet de découvrir la culture locale dans toute son authenticité. Tous les commerces essentiels sont accessibles à pied, et je recommande vivement le Dolce Vienna en soirée pour déguster un gelato en dessert. Les habitants sont très patients avec les touristes et particulièrement serviables!

Vi nød vort ophold hos Anastasia i fulde drag! Alt var som bekrevet. Lejligheden ligger utrolig smukt tæt på klippen og med egen ugenert terrassen med fuld udsigt over byen og havet. Bedste og billigste parkering er ved stationen, men pas på ikke at få en parkeringsbøde, da vagterne ikke ser efter, om der allerede ligger en gyldig parkeringsbillet. Anastastia var den perfekte vært. Køleskabet var fyldt med lækkerier og vi fik en dejlig hilsen på vores honeymoon. Vi kan på det varmeste anbefale Anastasia til all par, der vil bo og leve godt i Cefalu.

Our stay was excellent. The location, condition of apartment and all the little extras, makes it easy to give this host 5 stars. Alberto was very responsive; even went out of his way, to help us with plans for activities; we felt like family. Thanks, Alberto . We hope to meet again.

We had a lovely stay at Salvatore's place. The view from the rooms was breathtaking, the apartment was very clean, and having a private parking spot in Palermo priceless. Salvatore was always very responsive. Check-in was flawless and we felt immediately like at home. The apartment has A/C in the bed rooms, which is a must during summer. The location is perfect to reach Mondello or Palermo's city center in just 10 minutes by car. This gave us the possibility to enjoy both the beach and the cultural beauties of Palermo. We will definitely visit again once we are back in Palermo. Thanks :-)

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

Top verblijf op top locatie in het centrum van Palermo. Het is schoon mooi ingericht en fijn dat je bij het appartement kan parkeren. We raden dit iedereen aan!

Mein Freund und ich waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft bei Magali. Wir waren direkt begeistert, die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, bietet hohen Komfort, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Terrasse hat uns einen wunderschönen Blick über Olivenhaine zum Meer geboten. Vor der Ferienwohnung verläuft auch ein schöner Fahrradweg, in dem wir durch Iydilische Landschaften fahren könnten Richtung Porto Pablo (Wunderschöner Strand). Fahrräder könnten wir bei auch Magali mieten. Es gibt eine Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der nähe mit einem Penny, der reichlich Auswahl hat an verschiedesten Lebensmitteln. Magali ist ein super Gastgeberin, und hat uns bei jeder Angelegenheit weiter helfen können. Wir waren wirklich mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt, gerne wieder :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the house – it was charming and comfortable. The garden was especially lovely and offered a nice, cool escape from the summer heat. Just a heads-up: the mosquitoes were quite intense, so bring some repellent! Most importantly, Giuseppe was a truly wonderful host. He went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable – he provided us with an extra bed and kindly let us stay longer on our departure day since we had a late flight. Thank you, Giuseppe, for your warm hospitality!
