Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Alta

The home is perfectly located and very cozy.

Turelv Gaard is a a fantastic and welcoming place to stay in a stunning location. We had a grest time as a family of 4 with lots of space. The sauna was a great highlight along with a refreshing dip in the stream. We were fortunate to see the northern lights and also enjoyed some skiing on the local slopes. The house is really well equipped and set out with everything you could need.

I had a great time at this Airbnb. The house is very large and as I solo traveller I only used the downstairs section but the entire house is very clean and well stocked with basically everything you might need. The fireplace is also a beautiful addition. My only suggestion would be to provide body wash. The location is very private and quiet, within close proximity to groceries stores and petrol stations. A few hours to Nordkapp or similarly to Havøysund which offer phenomenally scenic driving. Alta is a great destination, so don't just visit Tromsø and make the trip further north. I'll definitely be back!

We were in Alta in connection with a few days off in the middle of the week, and booked the day before and were lucky that it was available. Very nice and cozy house, quiet and child-friendly neighborhood. It was easy to check in, and it was easy to communicate with Maja. We had some nice days here, thank you 😁

A perfect stay! We had an amazing stay at Katarina’s place. Everything was perfect, and we truly felt at home. The accommodation was cozy, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. The location was exceptional, with the Alta River nearby, offering a peaceful and stunning environment. Katarina was a wonderful host, always available and welcoming. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Newly renovated, clean and tidy home with good standards. Well-equipped kitchen with cozy dining area. Living room with large flat screen with comfortable seating. Sunshade on windows, and roller blinds in the bedrooms. Great patio with more seating areas. Shop and restaurant with take away only 2 minutes walk. About 2.5 km into the city center. Fits perfectly for family. Host Jonas greeted us, knew us around. Always responded quickly and was available. We will be returning. Kind regards, Jørn-Inge

Beautiful and memorable stay! I highly recommend Sophia's place. It is a true gem. We loved learning the history of the land, the home, the barn, and the story behind its restoration. It really brought the property "to life" for us. We loved the amazing view and easy instructions. Sophia was so kind and very communicative throughout the entire process -- she ensured that these Alabamians were warm and had a cozy stay in the cold north! :) We truly appreciated her hospitality and kindness. It was a very memorable and beautiful stay for us.

Ase was a fantastic host! The accommodation was spacious, very well appointed, had everything you could need. We loved that it was in the countryside, yet close to the town. We would recommend staying here.

We used the apartment in Alta for a stopover and felt very comfortable right away. The amenities were top notch and everything was clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. Everything also worked smoothly with our dog.

This is the second time we have a longer stay with Bente and Rune, and again we have had a great time. The hosts respond quickly if you have any questions or if anything can be arranged. The location is extremely good. Feels rural, but really located in the city center - which makes it very easy when shopping or for school. The only thing you can put your finger on is some noise from the upstairs. Meeeeen - for our part, it is perceived as the house is alive, and not as a noise. It's not inconvenient anyway and never that there have been issues in relation to sleep. Otherwise, it is a very quiet neighborhood and you can hear almost no traffic or other noise. Highly recommended. We will probably come back :)

Stayed here for one night between the airport and another place. Easy to get to with public transportation, clean and cozy, spacious bathroom, quiet neighbourhood but walking distance from a supermarket. Internet was excellent speed for a video call. Would stay here again!

Best place we've stayed in Norway through Airbnb. Homely, spacious and cordial. Nice little instructions in the house👌🏼 Only huge complaint is that Mr. Bailey (The cat) will not sleep in the bed with us..😂 Great recommendation from here. 🤩

Henriette was very friendly and welcoming, her black poodle is incredibly quiet, even when it meets new guests to be jumpy, is obedient and calm. The room was clean and tidy, clean large towels, the bathroom has what you need to shower well, a large shower as well, disgusting experience. There is a fridge downstairs for guests for their own food. The place is one distance from the bus stop, so a lot of luggage can get heavy to carry. Henriette has a car, to be willing to drive me. I chose to drive by car, a bit tricky to drive to the apartment, so drive a little over the bump to turn back towards the parking lot by the apartment, it is one small distance from the window to the room on the ground floor. So incredibly easy to take your luggage to the room after a tiring journey, . This is in one quiet area, so I slept well in the good soft bed . So my very best recommendations for this place in Alta.
