Studio centrally – 600 meters from the university, 1 km from the city center and 3 km from the airport, ski slopes and top hiking opportunities right outside. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, where you have a sofa, writing desk, TV, bed of 120 cm and a view of Komsatoppen, one of Altas "Ti topper". You will have your own kitchen, toilet, shower, sauna and treadmill in the basement. These amenities you won't share with anyone else, only the entrance and the stairs up are shared with the landlord.

In the winter you can take advantage of the slalom slope which is right next door, just put on the slalom skis and start right on the trail or go cross-country skiing in scenic surroundings. It is also a nice and quiet place where you can relax with a good book,TV bonfire outside, etc. The northern lights can be seen often in winter 😀 In the summer there are many opportunities for hiking in the mountains and fields, and in the autumn there is a great area for picking berries and mushrooms.

The house is from 2004, situated 25 meters from the sea, with a beautiful view from the living room and terrace. It is modern equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need, floor heating in the bathroom, laundry room and entrance area. The bedrooms are quite spacious with good quality beds. During spring, summer and autumn a boat for 4 people, with an outboard engine, is available for rent. Perfectly situated for day trips around the area. :)
