The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 large kitchen-living room, 1 shower room and a large light-flooded living-dining room with magnificent views directly onto the lake. There is a terrace, 40 square meters, of which 11 square meters are covered. Direct access to the lake makes the apartment unsuitable for small children. Located within the Hamburg old town, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old office building, very quiet at night. It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem hanseatischen Jugendstil Mehrfamilienhaus, welches im 19. Jahrhundert erbaut und in 2023 komplett saniert wurde. Sie ist im Neubauzustand, hat 4 m Deckenhöhe. Individuelle hochwertige Ausstattung, massives Eichen-Tafelparkett, wertvolle Paneele, Stuck, Originaltüren, handgearbeitete Einbauten, moderne Bäder.

Das Hausboot hat eine Größe von 38qm, ist an Frisch- und Abwasser sowie Strom angeschlossen, besitzt eine Ölheizung und verfügt neben einem Wohn- und Schlafraum sowohl über ein Bad mit Wanne und separater Toilette, als auch über eine kleine Küche und einen extra Holz-Kamin zum zusätzlichen Beheizen im Winter.
