Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Alsergrund

I had a truly wonderful stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure every detail was perfect. l couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

My stay with Michael was wonderful. We gathered and wanted to grill. The house was very large and corresponded to the description. We were very pleased. Special thanks go to the caretaker - he even helped us with the barbecue. We didn't have enough coal, but he brought us wood and saved us. Thanks again for everything!

* Location: peaceful surrondings, private garden, huge park nearby, clean air * House: clean, well equipped, we felt right at home, quality & comfortable furnitures. Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.

I can safely recommend staying at Birgit and Heinz's house. Very nice people, offering a home in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped and cozy, at an attractive price. Everything was as described and the check-in was seamless. There is a private parking lot and the metro station is about 8 minutes walk. There is hot water at home, contrary to the description:D I could definitely go back on my next visit to Vienna!

Macy's house was just amazing. I was on a work trip with two colleagues, attending a conference at Kaisermühlen/VIC. There were three separate bedrooms, one in the basement, one on ground floor, and one upstairs. Two fully equipped bathrooms. Lots of space, clean place. It took just a bit more than half an hour to reach our conference venue. Vienna city ticket for public transport is valid all the way to Gerasdorf, which is not part of the city of Vienna. Bus 510 connects to Leopoldau, the terminal station of line U1. Macy was welcoming us in the house when we arrived and was really flexible with our last minute change of arrival time. Everything worked really smoothly. A warm recommendation!

Lioutmilla’s place was really clean inside and with a well-equipped kitchen. We felt right at home - the house was clean, cosy, and private. One area that could be improved is the garden , as the grass was a bit overgrown. However , this didn’t bother us much. Better ventilation of the rooms before guest arrive would be helpful. We resolved by opening the windows for a while. We had a great stay and appreciated the confort and amenities. We recommend this house. 4 min by walk to the tram station and 15 to the U4. ( line to the center of wien) . Really good connection to the city center. We also appreciated the parking spot as we were able to park 2 cars. Thanks again for the place.

amazing location for families a playground in walking distance and a larger "Motorikpark" right around the corner with plenty of shopping immediately around. host was extremely responsive even though we decided to stay last minute, can't recommend them enough!

This is a great location if you are attending a conference or have other business at the Central European University, which is a ten-minute walk away. Due to the proximity of transit, however, many Vienna attractions like the Schõnbrunn, Belvedere, or the city centre, are only minutes away. The apartment was immaculately clean, bright, spacious, and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive, checking in with us in person shortly after we arrived, dropping off extra coffee and tea, and the cleaners also checked in with us right away to make sure we didn't have any issues with the cleanliness of the apartment (which we didn't). The hosts were also quick to respond when I asked for an ironing board, dropping off a new one that same day. The apartment is well-equipped for self-catering. There were some good restaurants nearby, and a good grocery store five minutes away. Overall, this is an excellent rental and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Vienna.

Kristina's apartment was ideal for visiting Vienna, with easy access to the airport and the center of Vienna by metro. The nearby main shopping street is also a plus. The apartment is very spacious and very nice to rest after a good day of walking. All the necessary equipment was also available. A big thank you to Kristina for her responsiveness and flexibility for the check out!!! We highly recommend

Beautiful and spacious apartment near a cute street with lots of shots and restaurants as well as some of the pretty parks, monuments, and museums of Vienna. The host was communicative and helpful the entire time. We were very happy with our stay here :)

Amazing and spacious, enough for even more than 4 people! Also, there is a walkable metro station nearby that can take you to the downtown in 10-15 minutes

Apartment as described, quick and easy communication

The flat is a grand high ceilinged Viennese period property but fully kitted out with mod cons, good kitchen etc. Martin is a very thoughtful host supplying coffee and even a bowl of chocolates. The flat is very close to a tram line taking you directly into the centre, also only 10 minutes walk from the metro. Highly recommended.

We had a very nice time at Seds place. From check-in to departure, everything worked out and we felt very much at home. The living space is very spacious with a beautiful view of the sunset. Communication with the host was outstanding and went smoothly. We can only recommend the accommodation and would book it again on a renewed trip.

It all fit from start to finish. Communication has never been such a good base on airbnb. Also the house was so luxurious and lovely. Thank you very much for the great holiday experience

The house was just like in the pictures, the pool was just great, great seating in the garden. Our grandson was able to romp around in the meadow, extremely quiet location. The house was great, towels, bath towels were provided. There were drinks available for us in the refrigerator. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. Bathroom in good condition, storage facilities available. The living-dining room was very spacious and the couch very comfortable. We enjoyed our vacation very much. I can only recommend it.

Property is as described and had all the basics for our 5 day stay. The drive to/from the airport and Vienna city centre was easy to navigate. We had take out pizza one night and cooked at the house the others whilst enjoying Verena’s family wine. We came prepared with mosquito spray as lots came out at dusk!

This house is not exactly small, but it invites you to linger. It's really nice, yes, believe me, The garden is incredible here. Birdsong, a stream that rushes, in the evening you listen to the frogs and roses bloom, - my heart laughs with this great color. Here you are a guest, so be prepared, It's her home, not yours. If you seek peace, need no words, then come here to this place. The Baden train, and that makes sense, quickly takes you to any place. I loved it here, happiness lives here, I'd love to come back. The house and surrounding are beautiful. The pool was perfect during a hot day to cool down. Vienna is close by car for a visit. And of course the local wines are very nice
