Francisco's villa and garden are wonderful. It's an unimaginable gem in the small town of La Zubia, just a short walk to Granada. The house has the charm of the old with all modern comforts. The garden is beautiful, impeccably maintained with lots of corners to rest. Francisco is a lovely and extremely responsive host. The stay was much too brief, we will be back!

We loved our stay in Tíjola! Such an incredible location with fantastic views and the property is so much more spacious than the pictures indicate. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing escape, this is the place for you.

Tom and Dena's stone built cottage is a beautiful home with fantastic views overlooking surrounding mountains and valleys. The rural location provides a great opportunity for genuine relaxation within the peaceful natural surroundings. There is also plenty to explore in the local area, with many of the nearby white-washed villages having excellent restaurant and cafe options. For those that like walking or mountain running, there are plenty of good options, especially for those that enjoy hill climbs. We also found plenty of good, remote beaches within a 40 minute drive. Although there are many things to do in the local area, we enjoyed spending time at the homely cottage and would highly recommend booking a stay. Tom and Dena were very welcoming and provided many great suggestions for places to visits or things to do during our week long stay.

Wow Casa Olivier is absolutely stunning! The villa is tastefully decorated in an Andalusian style. Each terrace has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The villa really has everything you need including a huge catering kitchen and a Games room complete with a beautiful wooden bar. The hosts are always there if you need them and also left us with exquisite coffee, home grown olive oil, fresh tangerines, lemons and oranges. We would recommend other guests to come with a private vehicle to explore the local area. Casa Olivier might just be the nicest place we have ever stayed.

I can't say enough about this beautiful one-of-a-kind home and location. It was like something from a luxurious dream! I would highly recommend staying if you want a real treat.

A great villa with plenty of space and a lot of possibilities to enjoy the view. When we checked in, we found everything in top condition. Whether pool, outdoor area, toilet or kitchen, nothing showed any defects. The villa itself is a bit far from Torrox, and the road (as indicated in the description) can be relatively challenging for inexperienced drivers, but you will be rewarded every morning with a breathtaking view of Frigiliana and Nerja. The house is ideal for people who are looking for a mix of adventure and relaxation for their vacation. Shopping facilities and gas stations can also be perfectly combined with smaller excursions, as you pass them more or less directly. Highly recommended by me 👍

My wife and I stayed for a week and we loved the villa. Sam put in touches such as a welcome food gift with wine chocolate , beer etc. she also had a box with everything that you may have forgotten to take. Ie toothbrush, scissors, sunscreen etc. The location is so peaceful. The road to the villa is a bit narrow and bumpy but once you do it a couple of times it’s no problem. A car is a necessity though. The pool is shared between her 2 villas which was no problem. Sam was very helpful and reacted to any queries we had. Definitely a place to consider for a chill out or for visiting the surrounding areas.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Giovannia’s beautiful home for a week, we felt right at home from the second we came through the door! We were met by Gia at the church and guided through the house, showing us eveything we would need to know to have a lovely week. It was lovely to have a warm welcome, the personal touch adding to the experience. The house itself is wonderful, so much love and care has gone into creating it and it shines through! There is so much personality everywhere you look, not one corner of the home has not been thought through. Touches such as beach chairs and a picnic basket were completely unexpected and made our stay 5 stars! We would give Gia more than 5 stars if it were an option, this hidden gem really is a 10/10! We are already planning to see if we can come back next year, thank you so much!🪬🌺🌴

The house is amazing, lots of space, the pool and tennis court are great, and we loved the patio at the back.

the villa was a great set up with a wonderful pool to cool off in. Debby was really responsive with questions, and yhenplace had everything we needed. good location, most places were walking distance (15-30min walk for the busy areas) away.

We were very pleased with the accommodation and also with our hosts. On our arrival, we were surprised with breakfast for the next day. The descriptions of the casa's amenities and the many activities and restaurants were very detailed and helpful. The hosts were available at all times and provided quick and uncomplicated assistance, even with any problems. The casa is a wonderful place to spend a pleasant and relaxing vacation. There are many things to do in the area. Granada, for example, is very easy to reach, and there are also beautiful beaches nearby. All in all, we were very satisfied.

A fantastic place. I knew the Alpujarras, but I had not been to Atalbéitar and it was quite a surprise to find Tom and Carmen's majestic house there. The pool, sauna, rooms, bathrooms, terraces, living rooms, kitchens, appliances, furniture, and kitchenware. In each space one meets unexpected details that make the stay a magical experience. The four families we were there we can't wait to get back. Highly, but highly recommend!

Totally recommended. Beautiful and quiet place, only 5-10 min from Frigiliana. The house has a huge living room and comfortable and spacious bedrooms. A perfect terrace for winter sunbathing (we went in January) and with a jacuzzi. The house was perfect for us as we were with children, with plenty of space to play, multiple bathrooms and kitchen equipped with everything you need and more. Flexible owner with check-in and check-out. If the opportunity arises, we will certainly repeat.

The stay at Villa Terracota was an ideal option, the house is very spacious and has all kinds of games that make the stay very pleasant. The common areas, rooms, and outdoor areas are amazing. Great care of the details, we would definitely repeat.

Such a unique home! Staying here was like being transported back in time. The house was spacious and easily fit our group of 9. Very walkable to everything. There were a few amenities listed that were under construction but the host setup a temporary pool which our kids loved. The beds are very firm and the hvac doesn’t work the best but the location and house itself made up for that.

We had a great Family holiday, the villa is amazing in a very quiet area and Sam was quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely be back!

A truly amazing place. We came as a family with our 6 month old daughter and this place truly was fantastic. Really responsive host and everything very clear. Location is very private, there is a bit of noise from the construction work going on around the area, didn’t bother us too much apart from one morning where it was a tad loud, just something to bear in mind if you’re super sensitive to noise but otherwise not a major issue. The villa was incredibly clean and the pictures really so not do it justice. On arrival, the hosts had left two bottles of fizz and some other necessities, really nice touch. Some lovely walks close by (very hilly) and you can walk to the beach where there are restaurants in around 10/15 mins on the way down (much longer up the hill coming back up). Overall, this place is absolutely stunning and we will hopefully be back in the future.

Fantastic house looking over the valley. Perfect destination to get away from it all. Amazingly equipped kitchen, lots of books, games, and multiple options of where to sit and relax. Steep hill to get to and from the house but no issue in a car. Wonderful round room. Great pool area. Loved the oranges/lemons to pick during our stay. Padel tennis court was fantastic - the kids loved it. Great cycling routes near by. We hope to come back!

The villa is beautiful, it's the third time we've been and we always have a great time. There's everything you could possibly need in the house. The location is a small neighborhood away from the big cities but there is a supermarket within a short drive and we are going to enjoy the house, so the location does not matter. And the views are beautiful. The couple who gave us the keys are super friendly and explained everything great! We feel at home and will repeat every year! :)

We had a lovely stay at Caroll’s place. The scenery and gardens are beautiful. We really enjoyed spending time walking through the gardens. Caroll was really accommodating and greeted us very kindly. We would recommend this place and happily go back.

The villa was just stunning with excellent facilities, clean and modern. Tomasz was super quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely recommend and return.

A few friends and I came to Matthew’s place to celebrate our birthday. We had a magical time. Only downside was wish we could have stayed longer. The house was not only STUNNING (somehow truly better than the photos) but it was homey, well stocked, and very comfortable. We had a blast exploring the local towns and Matthew’s recommendations were helpful and very thorough. You can tell they enjoy hosting. He and the house manager were also very responsive and kind. Definitely recommend staying for at least 6 or 7 days as 4 was not nearly long enough.

This is without question one of the best places we have stayed in. The two appartments suited us perfectly and we could easily have been two families instead of one. The surroundings and the views are amazing and the pool was bigger than I expected and quite deep (in a positive way). The garden is big and there are lots of different fruits to pick depending on season. I think there were 8 different locations outside with tables and seats you could hang out depending on sun and mood, most of them with shade. We also tried the outside pizza oven. The dogs and the donkey are charming and nice company. To be greeted by an always happy Ronnie (one of the dogs) every morning will lift anyone's spririt. Also perfect place if you want to run/walk/MTB in the mountains. Andy is a perfect host and had a lot of tips on things to do or places to eat. He is a really nice guy and quick to answer any questions you might have. We can definetly recommend this place and would like to come back sometime.

This has really been something special!!! An excellent house is excellent private location with staggering views!!! The children say (and we agree with them) that the pool has been generously sized, very clean, and with amazing night underwater colour changing lights!! The gift of local eggs and peppers found in the kitchen was an very friendly and kind touch. Our family of 5 had a great time and we could not recommend the place more!!! Lanjaron is a really buzzy and lively place with lots of nice places to eat and enjoy pleasant time. there is an excellent doughnut place Mollinias in Lanjaron was the best. Thank you Sergio and the team!
