Welcome to Timrådalens Sköna Corner, a charming villa from the 50s that is completely newly renovated, both inside and outside. Everything is new: ceiling, power lines, water pipes, radiators, kitchen, bathroom, geothermal heating and flooring. The house offers bright and fresh surfaces that create a pleasant atmosphere. Located in a quiet residential area with proximity to everything you need. Here you live comfortably with a modern standard in a homely setting, perfect for a relaxing stay. Bedlinen and towels are included.

Cabin by the sea

Cabin on the land of the host. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. The cottage was completely renovated in 2020 and is about 55 sqm, 50 meters to the sea and nice municipal beach. Fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating. Small living room with Apple TV. It is possible to use a charging pole for an electric car at a cost of SEK 3/kWh. In winter, the floor can drag a little cold, there are slippers to borrow in the cottage. Please read the house rules before booking!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.

This charming cottage is situated on an island with the living room overlooking the estuary. There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or rent our bikes.

Beach villa close to the sea where the forest and sea provide a close to nature calm. 5 minutes down to the sea and beach. Nice hiking trails and possible day trips. Opportunities for recreation but still close to Sundsvall city, lovely summer and winter. Here you have your own apartment, in part of our house, suited for up to 4 people. An extra bedroom in a cottage a few meters outside can be used during summer. You have 4 km into the town square. Busstop 100meters away from the apartment taking you strait there passing the university on the way. Close to the apartment you have a pizzaplace, hairsalone, foodstore and the horsetracks.

Guest house in Berga Village

Relax in this peaceful home in rural idyll. The cottage is beautifully located overlooking the fields of Berga village. Within a few km there is the sea, Bergafjärdens beach and camping, good climbing, golf course and fishing or swimming in Ljungan. The Njurunda urban area with shops and communication (bus, train) is two km away. 20 minutes by car to Sundsvall.
