If I could favourite Kosta and all his properties, I would 100% do so. The villa itself is just absolutely breathtaking with the most beautiful sunsets and serene surroundings. But really it was the hosts that did it for me. So responsive. So kind. So helpful. They replied immediately with any issues we had...even if they were personal issues, and they'd find a solution very quickly! From airport transfers, to groceries, to the chef - this was a 100/10 experience. Everyone enjoyed their stay and I will 10000% be booking with Kosta and his crew again. Thanks so much for a magnificent time xxx

OMG! Whatever i write will not do it justice. This was a two family adventure for us and the location and hosts made it memorable. Our hosts were informative , made sure we were ok and comfortable and answered many questions for us. Our Hosts cared for our enjoyment and did everything possible to accommodate us. This is a rare beautiful gem of a location and house. Each minute we stayed in the house added to the experience we had outside the house. Please, do yourselves a favor and if you are browsing a location such as this - then STOP - because you have found one of the ultimate places in Chania, Crete to Stay!

The house and Etouri staff (Adonis and George) were wonderful. Views can’t be beat. Outdoor spaces are spectacular. Highly recommend the chef and his staff who are available to cook at the house (Leftaris, George, Elena). Food was delicious and they were very friendly and helpful. Etouri also helped us set up a catamaran for the day which was awesome. The house and the activities coordinated by Etouri were excellent. We all want to go back.

We had a fantastic week here - two families with 5 small children between us. The house is beautiful, spacious and private, with top-of-the-line appliances and furniture, and everything you could think of for a holiday. The pool and private beach access was perfect - one thing to be aware of is that the house and patio area have tiles which look stunning but are very slippery when wet - not a problem but something to keep in mind when kids are running in and out of the pool. The service provided by the host was amazing - daily cleaning by a wonderful and helpful maid, grocery delivery and very quick responses. We had a private chef come 3 times, which was amazing and highly recommended. We will be back!

Absolutely incredible from start to finish. The beauty of the villa, & the surrounding landscape is incredible. Welcomed by the owner (with early check in) who gave us a full tour (which included some shots of Ouzo to celebrate..!). Maid service was fantastic - special shout out to Dimitris who was always attentive, and very friendly. He also brought fresh bread and pastries for breakfast and was always keen to provide excellent service. The villa was spotless and bedrooms made up every day. Also booked a private chef for a few night (Georgia), who was worth every penny and went the extra mile by adjusting the menu to accommodate various dietary requirements. Everyone in our group was very happy with everything. We had a small wedding ceremony - and all the staff made sure everything went smoothly. There were works going on in a villa being constructed close by - but the owner asked them to stop using the loud machinery during our stay to ensure we had a peaceful stay. Overall, 10/10.

We had a great stay, the villa was clean and well maintained. The pool was clean and perfect temperature. The cleaners came regularly and did a great job. The location was perfect just a 5 minute walk to the beach though I do recommend hiring a car to see the whole area. We got help with booking restaurants, days out, boat hire and car hire all of which were great. I can highly recommend this villa

The pictures are already amazing but in person this house is way bigger than every single person of my 11 person group thought! It is absurdly beautiful and everyone was left in awe for DAYS! I have never had such a beautiful stay in all of my years traveling, the service and the house itself raised the bar to immense heights. The pool is perfect, the outside BBQ makes you want to throw food on it all day, every day! I will recommend this location to every single person that plans a vacation for a bigger group. Everyone has got their own space and the pricing is more than fair. Much love from me and ten more people, we left with a very big piece of our hearts still in this home.

Wonderful house and perfect pool for our four kids. We had a rental car which is a must to get to the nearby supermarkets which are only a five minute drive. Hosts very super attentive and helpful and we felt right at home from the first day.
