Very good communication with the owner, clean apartment, unbeatable views, great terrace but we could not use it because of the strong wind.

The apartment is in a prime location and is fully equipped for a longer stay. Carmen is a kind host who is always there for you. I had a pleasant stay.

The stay at Justo's was great! The apartment was very clean, stylishly furnished and perfectly located – just a few minutes from the city center. Justo was a friendly and helpful host who responded quickly to messages. Would definitely come back and can only recommend the place

Very well located accommodation, Carmen made it easy for us to arrive and depart.

Everything is very nice. Close to the beach, it also has a very nice shared pool. I recommend this place.

We stayed in the apartment for a week. A lovely place, with lots of privacy, a good bed and nice garden. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit disappointing when we were there, but we enjoyed ourselves excellently in the area and enjoyed the apartment. When the sun came out, there was always a place to sit in the sun in the garden. Jofrey is very kind and helpful and always reachable. Thanks for a great time !

Margit's place is perfect for spending a few quiet and pleasant days. The beach is very close and from the residential development you have several accesses. The accommodation is quiet, pleasant and equipped with everything a couple needs. The pool is large and right in front of the house. Margit was an excellent host

Fantastic host and a perfect apartment! We had a wonderful stay in this apartment—it had everything you could possibly need, not just for a holiday, but to feel completely at home. It was immaculately clean and really comfortable throughout. Ruben was an outstanding host. He responded quickly and helpfully to every message we sent, whether it was a question about the apartment, a request for restaurant recommendations, or even helping us order a taxi when we got stuck while out. His support made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend both the apartment and Ruben as a host—would absolutely stay again!

We loved our stay at this home. The location is excellent, in a quiet and pleasant area, ideal for resting. The views from the terrace are spectacular, perfect for enjoying both day and sunset. The apartment was impeccably clean and very well maintained. The decor is beautiful and cozy, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the first moment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked. Cleaning products are included. We thought it was very kind to find a bottle of fresh water in the fridge when we arrived. The terrace is perfect for relaxing, with a table, chairs and a hammock. The apartment includes practical details such as an iron and beach chairs. Parking in the same block is very convenient, and the facilities (gym and indoor and outdoor pools) are in perfect condition. The host was very kind and the whole process was very easy.

We were warmly welcomed by Rocio and shown into the apartment. There was a small welcome gift for everyone and something nutritious from the area. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Nothing is actually missing. The best part is the very large balcony with an excellent view of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning at breakfast. Almeria is not exactly the most beautiful city, but if you want to go on vacation quietly, this is the place to be. Rocia has been in touch with us several times and asked if everything is okay and if we need anything else. We found that very attentive. The nearby underground car park is also a positive, which avoids the very difficult search for a parking space. Overall, a highly recommended place where we felt very comfortable.

The house has spectacular views and is 10 minutes from the beach. We have a few days at ease .

Maria's apartment was undoubtedly the cleanest we have found in a long time, everything was spotless both the rooms and the bathroom,kitchen,living room! We really liked it,we felt right at home! The area is very quiet and we really liked that! It is a very nice apartment with several pools including jacuzzi on the premises! We stayed in this casita in Almeria a few days and the truth was very good. The house was very clean, the host let us even before the apartment which is appreciated , I always kindly answer my questions or whatever questions I had quickly. The area was quite nice. We will definitely repeat 😀

It was a fantastic stay, the apartment was impeccable, with everything you need. It is very close to the beach, the views from the terrace are incredible with the sea in the background. The facilities are excellent. Vanessa has been an excellent host very kind and attentive to anything she needed.

It has been a success. We loved the location. Raúl offered us a somewhat larger accommodation than the one chosen when he saw that there were four of us and thought that we would be more comfortable without an increase in price. Clean, tidy, cozy and everything as in the photos. It's been a pleasure, we'll be back. Thank you very much
