Everything is wonderful, as advertised, and very good value for what we saw in the area. Cleanliness on arrival flashes for good, everything was spotless, from the kitchen-bathrooms to the last rag. The only pegas of the house are the uphill climb from the village, which is done in 10 minutes but you have to fight it, and that in the evening some mosquitoes come out in the interior terrace. Otherwise everything is a luxury.

We had an amazing week in connection with a 50th birthday celebration! Casa Monte Verde is a great property that doesn't feel crowded at all for 7 people. Its view and its outdoor environment is absolutely fantastic and we had nice pool hanging as well as nice dinners outside. Inside, the house is very nice, with plenty of bathrooms and with a very good and well equipped kitchen. I highly recommend a stay here!

Very nice and friendly hosts. You stay in a seperate apartmen in the landlords house. The house is situated close to all facilities like shopping, restaurants and beach. If you arrive by car its easy to park in the street close to the house. I highly recommend this stay.

We booked Emilia’s place for one night in Benidorm whilst in Spain - and it was absolutely perfect! I can’t recommend it enough, location was perfect, the parking was great, the place was so clean and easily accessible. Exactly what we wanted. Emilia was fantastic too, always available and extremely helpful whenever we needed her! Meeting her to get the keys was so easy and it went seamlessly. Would definitely book here again!
