Charming, updated farmhouse built in 1910 on 2.5 acres with a pond in the front, two streams and a Christmas tree farm in the back. Less than a mile off the parkway and 15 minutes from New River Outfitters, who provide float trips down the New. Excellent trails within a 5 minute drive. Or just hang out at the house and enjoy the peaceful scenery from the front porch or deck. There is also a winery a couple minutes down the road. Perfect spot for hikers, motorcyclists, kayakers and tubers.

You can also explore the quaint nearby towns of Sparta and West Jefferson.

We are directly on the New River with over 300 feet of river frontage which is great for fishing! Plenty of bass and catfish in the river.
