Fantastic experience!! The house and view are absolutely surreal. The pictures do not do the place justice! Such an amazing escape to the mountainside. We had an amazing time just relaxing in the house and looking at the views. Marta was a great host! She was incredibly responsive and so kind. Would absolutely recommend this location.

I spent a glorious month at Maria Celeste’s home. It was simply the best place to reset, connect with nature & rest. I’ve never been to a more peaceful home. Freshly squeezed orange juice (from trees) every morning. Lemons for water. A natural spring to swim off hiking grime. Mountains to climb surrounding the entire home. Lizard & butterfly friends. And so so quiet. Maria Celeste picked me up & drove me to the location. Taxi services available to go to town when needed. I can not recommend staying at this home more. If you need some R’n’R, stay. You won’t regret it.

History, charm, and exceptional hosts ✨⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staying at this old school was a one-of-a-kind experience. The place combines its history with all the modern amenities, creating a cozy and special atmosphere. But the best part was undoubtedly the hosts: attentive, friendly and always willing to help. An unforgettable place I'll definitely be back to!

We felt very comfortable with Ana. The accommodation was exactly as described and great for exploring the region by car. Communication with Ana worked great and Ana even had a great toy for our three-year-old son, which he played with every day. We can recommend the accommodation without reservation and will gladly come back.

This was a truly incredible stay and highly recommended. The pictures don't do this home justice in terms of the natural beauty that surrounds it. There are gorgeous hikes right out of the gate, excellent restaurants in the village with welcoming locals and we loved the bakery that's just up the road. We had three local dogs that hung out with us for our entire stay and even joined us on all of our hikes. The interior of the home is rustic but immaculate. The lofted bed is cozy and the bedding provided is very comfortable. The only thing that could have been nice to have would be a couple of sun loungers as sitting outside and enjoying the stunning views is what this place is all about. Highly recommended.

An amazing house in an amazing place. Modern, clean, quiet and superbly equipped. Surrounded by terraced vines with world class views of the Ribeira Sacra and the Rio Miño. We loved our short stay here. It was tranquil but we also had one amazing lightning storm to experience. You can just sit and relax or use it as a base to explore. Best to get all your supplies before you get there as there is nothing in Belesar. Or you can pop into Chantada like we did. Great communication with Jose as well. A great stay

We were a couple with a small dog for 6 nights in Aida's accommodation. Aida is a great hostess and was always available to us. The house has charm and a great view. However, we would have booked the house two days less if we had known in advance that on the last two days there would still be manual work on their neighboring house (owned by the family). Otherwise, it's a great quiet oasis to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommended.

Unbeatable Lugar. The house is good for 2 people, although very tight for 4. Exterior with several areas. The magnificent terrace, the garden with the small pool (no more than a meter deep) ideal, and the stone viewpoint with a wooden bench and table invites you to go down with a book in your hands (maybe you won't read it and prefer to contemplate the landscape of the estuary. In short, what else can I say. To help improve the stay, a shelf in the shower and sink would be needed. We don't cook at home, so I can't comment on it.

Jose Antonio as host is 10, always pending. "A Casiña "is just like the photos, cozy, intimate, it has everything you need. Our dog, Kali enjoys the garden very much by being able to be without a belt. We feel at home. The neighbors are very nice. The area is beautiful, we loved it, there were days to get to know more villages and take walks. Thank you José Antonio

This is a very friendly and heart warming family. Alejandra gave us mushrooms she found in the woods, very tasteful. The house is beautiful and well equipped.

What a wonderful house is it to take a rest for walkers to 'Camino de Santiago'. It has well designed classical living room and kitchen. Perfect house.

In general, everything was very good, good accommodation, very nice host, very good pool, the only thing is that it is in a bit of a difficult area to drive and a bit far from the village, in addition to the fact that you have to go a little further than where the location is on the air bnb maps, but the place is impeccable, clean, room with pool and so on, television and air conditioning, everything perfect.

Casa do Engenho is amazing. So far, the best place my family and I have rented for a 10-day stay. Near Braga, easy to find, beautiful surroundings, quiet and comfortable. We definitely recommend staying. Monica is a great hostess, friendly and always there for you!

We had a very nice and pleasent stay. Rui is a good host who quickly solved any issues that rose. Respones promptly. The apartment was beautiful, clean and very well located. The only downside - street noise can be a bit disturbing for light sleepers.

We chose Marília's place for the setting and being slightly further away from neighbouring houses than other places in the area. It didn't disappoint! Really peaceful with a great view. The pool is lovely but for clarity based on other reviews it definitely is not heated! We really enjoyed our stay.

We were invited to a wedding at the Quinta Solar da Levado in Amares, Cidalia's house is quite close (8 min) which is rather appreciable in case of fatigue. The house is very, very large and clean on a double level. A beautiful vegetable/flower garden is a great way to enjoy the good weather. Cidalia is very responsive and gives very clear instructions. As a traveler, just remember to bring cash to pay the municipal tax.

Aurora was a fabulous host, very accommodating & friendly. We loved our time staying at Casa Lima. The place was in a private and beautiful location, which hosted a group of 11 people. We enjoyed having fresh bread delivered by Aurora daily, which made for a lovely experience. The place was clean and tidy with lots of space. All bedrooms had bathrooms, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals, and we enjoyed swimming in the pool.

We had a great weekend! The house as Juan describes, amazing!!, the house, the people, the pool with the perfect water temperature, definitely to repeat! A thousand times yes!

Nuno’s place was a wonderful space for our family of 3 generations. The killer views, the pool and great walks nearby will live long in our memories.

We love and hope to repeat the stay at Toorgo House in the future! Both Mr. Manuel and his son Pedro were extremely helpful and attentive throughout the process and stay. Always very available to help us both at check-in and check-out, they even sent a list of recommendations for the area! The house is even better live! Super clean and decorated with care and quality. We feel right at home! Mr. Manuel's family was also kind enough to welcome us with a delicious birthday cake, a gesture much appreciated by all (and especially by the birthday girl!). The entire property is very well maintained, including the garden! The area is friendly and easily accessible with amenities nearby! I dare say it was one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in as a family! We highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed Breogan's beautiful home. He was very attentive and even left some snacks, milk, beer... On our arrival. The house is very clean and is very beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Great place! We loved all the details, it seemed like we were living in a museum! Everything was perfect, we loved it all. Definitely would like to stay there again!
