The Studio is a fantastic place to stay and I highly recommend to fellow solo travellers. South Pasadena is a safe and walkable town with fantastic Pasadena nearby. I find the Metro line being nearby incredible to help get to places like Dodger Stadium easily. The colourful garden and the peaceful chirping of the chickens makes this place feel very homely. I can’t wait to be back in LA, and will definitely stay at the Studio again.

Our stay at the guest house was outstanding and our hosts, Paul & Candice were excellent hosts. We really appreciated the detailed instructions for gaining access to the property and a book full of instructions for how everything worked. The guest house was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped for all of our needs. The location was perfect with Larchmont Village being a block away. Being dog lovers, our daily visit from their dog, Sophia, was something we looked forward to. I would not hesitate staying here again.

The spot was a perfect jumping off point for our long weekend of family festivities in the area.

This was a great place to stay in a convenient location. David is such a sweetheart. It smelled so clean when I arrived. I loved the backyard area. It was so peaceful to sit out there. I also loved the bathroom lightening and shower. It is near LAX so there is some noise from the overhead planes but the location is helpful for the area. Take caution in this neighborhood at night.

Great area. Safe, pretty neighborhood. Convenient to area attractions while being out of the city. Kitchenette equipped enough to make simple meals. Many sleeping options for families. Good home base for exploring LA. Thank you!

I have over 70 reviews on the platform and this is by far one of my top stays, if not my top stay. All was as advertised - located in a safe neighborhood, private, tranquil and surrounded gorgeous gardens, pristine accommodations and gracious hosts. I'm currently adjusting my holidays to return for another stay. Highly recommend.

I had a great time staying at this house. It had a unique and personal charm that made us feel right at home. Melinda was very responsive and helpful when we had any questions. Overall, a very pleasant and nice experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jacob’s space. It was three blocks from downtown and very easy to move around the area. They were wonderful host house was ex extraordinarily comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The space was cozy without feeling crap. We have plenty of room to unpack and plenty of room to move around. We had breakfast either in the dining area or out on the front patio every morning.

Carol’s airbnb is fantastic. My partner and I needed a place to stay in as we were attending an event in the area. With all the amenities, comfort, and things that Carol provide’s in the space, we wish we would have more time to relax in the Airbnb! Would recommend to anyone and will look forward to staying here again.

Brett's place was the perfect spot for our weekend in Pasadena to visit a friend and go to a music festival. The unit was clean and comfortable we loved a little walk around his garden. We would definitely recommend this space!

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

I must say that this place was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! I would ever go as far as to say the pictures doesn’t do it justice. It was an absolute beauty, with a huge hot tub deck complete with a covered outside bar with a grill and room for 10+ guests. The guest itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is even a washer and dryer inside the unit. I would most definitely recommend staying here and will be booking a stay here again. Thank you Tracy for your near-immediate responses, welcoming hospitality, and quaint accommodations!

*AN ABSOLUTE MUST-STAY!* Booked Dana’s place for a relaxing getaway with my wife for our anniversary, and we loved every minute of our stay! The little guest house is tucked away right up against a mountain side and is so incredibly peaceful and serene that it’s easy to forget you’re mere minutes away from fantastic restaurants and a vibrant downtown scene. Dana was extremely responsive and patient, answering all our questions and ensuring we had a wonderful stay! We will absolutely be staying here again the next time we visit!

We had a great stay, we liked that we had off street parking. Most importantly we traveled with our 2 dogs and they were comfortable in this home. This neighborhood is great for walking day and night we felt safe walking around with our dogs. We enjoyed our stay.

Kenneth and Michelle's place is very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen and laundry are extremely well equipped, and everything worked as described. The neighborhood is attractive, safe, and peaceful with lots of nice shops and cafes. We could walk to two Trader Joes and a Pavilions, as well as to the lovely little public library and the metro station. It was the perfect location for visiting our son and his family who live in Highland Park, and we felt very much at home there for our three-week stay. A bonus of our time there was watching from the kitchen window the construction of a new pocket park adjacent to the rear of the apartment. Once completed, this will be an additional next door attraction.

Felt right at home. Stayed close enough where the downtown area and rose bowl were at (middle of them). Driving was good as well as we were taken care of in regards of the parking space. Would definitely look to comeback again if I’m in the area.
