We LOVE this place! Super relaxing, perfect surroundings. The garden is fabulous, we made the most of the sunshine this weekend!

We had a wonderful week at Easter at Cooden Cottage. Ella was amazing and even helped us find a lost dog! The house is spotless, and beyond our expectations. The flow of the downstairs through to an amazing kitchen, conservatory and completely fenced garden was perfect for us and our two large dogs and we had several family get togethers in the garden, surrounded by greenery. The beds, bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent with plenty is space. We met Ella twice and it is clear that she is passionate about giving her guests a really special experience, from thoughtful touches to all rooms to a lovely welcome pack. While there, she wants her guests to feel that it is space and she completely achieved that. We felt at home and will definitely be back. Thank you!

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

A lovely modern cottage, exactly as described and photographed. It was well kitted out and essentials were provided. The bed was super comfortable but just a gentle note that if you have any mobility issues the apex of the roof means that you cannot stand up straight around the bed and the bed is low but this was not a problem on our stay. Helena and Philip were both really friendly and helpful. My personal favourite touch was when Philip invited me to pick some roses from the cottage garden to take inside. The hot tub was a real treat but please be mindful that you are in someone’s back garden so not completely secluded if they are enjoying their own space. Highly recommend, we would definitely go back.

What a beautiful cottage! Exactly like on the photos, very charming. Surroundings are stunning, hot tub was a treat. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The conservatory was great to just sit and play board games and have lovely meals, was nice and warm and toastie in there and the views!! Pauline’s communication and response times were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. All I would suggest, if possible is perhaps to think of some sort of covers/shelter from the cold/wind by the hot tub. It was very windy and we still wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but it got very cold whilst inside. Some sort of coverings will work a treat. Pauline suggested some great pubs and things to do in the area. All and all my friends and I had a lovely stay. Thanks Pauline!

wow what a find, the main attraction for us was the peaceful setting, the open views from the decking area was beautiful, I'm the worst person for relaxing, believe me I relaxed, the swimming pool and hot tub was gorgeous, definitely going to go back, great hosts, great accommodation, beautiful location. Another fantastic stay at the Piggery! Clare was once again super helpful and responsive. It really is a fantastic Air BnB, with lots of great options for things to do nearby - book it while you can!

We had the most beautiful weekend at Sage Cottage. Everything—literally everything—was lovely, from the complimentary chocolates to the treehouse. You could truly see and feel the love that went into it all. Alison gave us a warm welcome, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and her pets were absolutely adorable. I could go on and on, but you really have to experience this wonderful stay to understand what I mean.

Such a tranquil, beautiful setting with views of the rolling countryside and woodland walks on the doorstep. Inside, Little House is akin to a boutique hotel with a standalone roll-top bath and lots of thoughtful touches such as flowers from the garden and local apple juice. I stayed at Little House as part of recovery from a major surgery and couldn’t have asked for anywhere more perfect!

I can’t praise Jo and the Hideout enough. From the moment I booked Jo communicated well, was extremely friendly and was accommodating from the get go. The hideout was easy to find with Jo’s clear instructions, upon arrival we were taken back but the beautiful surroundings. The Hideout itself was clean, comfortable and really a home from home which we loved. Jo is a fantastic host and couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay. Thank you

Cannot recommend Clair and her place enough, she was an incredible host and the place is lovely and very convenient for the beach and town

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. Very peaceful and lovely to have an open fire! We had everything we needed only downside was the shower wasn’t very hot and couldn’t be sorted even after leaving the immersion heater to reheat overnight. The bath on the other hand was lovely and warm!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mr Catt’s house! The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, and has everything you could need. There was also very easy parking and check in. Ruth was a really friendly and responsive host who was very helpful. I am really glad we chose this property and would love to come again!

Nettle Fields exceeded our (already high) expectations. The barn design, is very cool. Windows and magnificent glass doors in every room allow the beauty of the outside to blend with the clean lines and calmness inside. It’s an incredible space which felt both tranquil and homely. The interior was immaculate, stylish, creative and high quality throughout. Our hosts, Michael and Toby were excellent and attentive. They were available promptly and were so kind and considerate. This is the best place we’ve stayed in and I cannot recommend it enough. I would give 6 stars if available.

A beautiful 18th-century barn conversion in the peaceful village of Brook, Kent. Full of character with original beams and rustic charm, yet equipped with every modern comfort. Spotlessly clean, well-designed, and surrounded by idyllic Kentish countryside. A perfect retreat for those seeking tranquillity, history, and easy access to Canterbury, and the coast. We left feeling refreshed and would return in a heartbeat.

Our stay with Caroline & David was great. Very friendly, helpful & were always willing to help with anything. The property & gardens were amazing & safe for our dog Olive who does like to wander every nook & cranny. The bottle of bubbly, crisps, home made jams, & Olive’s doggy treats were most welcome & a nice touch. Thank you! We made the very most of our stay regarding sightseeing & it was always nice to return to our dwelling at the end of the day. Hope to return in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cuckoo Barn. Roz was very welcoming and the cottage was lovely and comfortable, very clean and had all the necessities we needed. The view and location were great with a lovely walk very close by. Especially liked the log burner and the very comfy bed. We hope to return and highly recommend.

Really lovely house. Really well stocked kitchen, there wasn’t a thing I wanted that wasn’t there. Lovely decor. Village is pretty tho a little heavy on traffic. But the fact that you can walk from the village along the river to the sea beats everything!

A very good place to stay, suitable for two couples. One of the double bedrooms a bit on the small side but we did not find it a problem. overall good and comfortable place to use as a base if staying in the Eastbourne area.

We had a gorgeous peaceful stay in this spacious annex. It felt private and the choice of games for all ages was really good fun. It had everything we needed and more, very dog friendly and a great walk to the nearest pub in the beautiful nearby village. Highly recommend this air bnb.

Very clean and tidy house, well organised with lots of information and suggestions from the owner. Beautiful windows on every side of the house overlooking the garden and the nature around. We would definitely come back. P.S. Loved Lynda’s lemon cake! :)

The location was great - Camber Sands beautiful beach is less than 10 mins walk away. The nearest town, Rye, is a few mins drive - it is picturesque with lots to see and some pretty, independent shops and nice restaurants. The accommodation was one of the best I’ve rented on Airbnb. It was comfortable, tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean and tidy, and spacious. Everything worked, it was well equipped, and the view out over the fields at the back of the property was awesome. The hosts were great too - proactive, welcoming, responsive and easy-going. Clearly experienced and considerate of what people are looking for from their stay. Overall 10/10 and I might go back!!

Staying with Eve was truly wonderful. From the moment I reached out, she was incredibly responsive and kind, always ready to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable. She went above and beyond to accommodate my evening check-in, and just made me feel at ease from the start. But what made my stay so special was Eve herself. She is a wise, compassionate, and genuinely caring soul. I was going through a tough time during my trip, and she offered such heartfelt support and gentle encouragement that it honestly gave me a renewed sense of hope. Her presence is calming, and her words are filled with insight — I found myself truly uplifted just by being around her. Eve isn’t just a wonderful host; she’s the kind of person who leaves a lasting impression. I can’t recommend staying with her enough. If you're considering booking — don’t hesitate. You’ll be in the best hands.

Lovely, peaceful, relaxing, private. The birds and wildlife were fantastic. Karen and David very helpful yet unobtrusive.
